- 26 minutes 30 secondsStress, anxiety, and burnout: when living becomes surviving life
Hello ….how are you today?
Over the past few weeks, I've heard the same sentence again and again:
"Georgina, I'm exhausted/super anxious".
My clients are brilliant people, sensitive people, people who seem to have everything under control. And yet, deep down, they feel as though they've been on survival mode for far too long.
In this week's podcast, Luciano and I ask ourselves these uncomfortable questions:
What if the problem isn't anxiety, stress or burnout?
What if it's everything we do to avoid feeling them?
Together, we’re exploring the 👉five most common ways we avoid feeling our uncomfortable feelings👈.
And, perhaps most importantly, we talk about how to begin finding our way home again by dealing with our feelings lovingly.

Hello ….how are you today?
Have you ever felt ashamed for not doing the things you know would probably help you?
And meanwhile, feeling like everyone else seems able to cope… except you.
In the new podcast episode, we talk about something very quiet but incredibly common:
🫣the shame of feeling like you can’t keep up with everything🫣
Because often the deepest suffering isn’t only in what we’re not doing.
It’s in the way we speak to ourselves because of it.

Talk to Georgina More Podcasts27 May 2026, 5:12 pm - 35 minutes 59 secondsProcrastination as protection
Hello …. How are you today?
I want to offer you an idea that might completely change the way you see yourself.
What if procrastination isn’t laziness… but protection?
Because a lot of the time, we don’t postpone things because we don’t care.
In fact, we often procrastinate the things that matter most to us:
that project,
that conversation,
that change,
that decision.
And the more important something feels… the more fear, pressure or emotional exposure it can trigger.
In this new podcast episode, we explore procrastination from a much deeper and more compassionate perspective:
We talk about how perfectionism, exhaustion, fear of failure — and even nervous system overload — can make a part of us say:
maybe tomorrow.
PODCAST: Procrastination as protection Georgina Hudson Thank you!In this episode we explore:
procrastination and the nervous system
perfectionism and paralysis
fear of failure and fear of success
emotional resistance
and how to relate to ourselves differently
Because maybe you don’t need more pressure. Maybe you need more inner safety.
A big hug ❤
Talk to Georgina More Podcasts13 May 2026, 4:00 pm - 23 minutesComing Back to Yourself: a guided meditation to release pressure
Hello …. How are you today?
I want to offer you something a little different.
Instead of more content or more ideas about what to do or how to improve, today I want to offer something much simpler: a pause.
Because so often we move through life holding more than we need to, expecting more from ourselves than actually helps us. And without realizing it, the body tightens, the mind speeds up, and we drift away from that inner place where there is calm.
This episode comes from that place.
PODCAST: Coming Back to Yourself, a guided meditation to release pressure Georgina Hudson Thank you!A soft, guided meditation to help you slow down, release inner pressure, and reconnect with yourself.

Talk to Georgina More Podcasts29 April 2026, 4:00 pm - 30 minutes 41 secondsYou are not “nice”… you have learned to adapt
Hello …. How are you today?
I want to ask you something simple, but important:
Are you really “nice”… or did you learn to adapt?
I’m not talking about being a good person.
That’s something beautiful. I’m talking about something more subtle.
😬 Saying yes when you actually mean no.
😬 Softening what you feel to avoid discomfort.
😬 Keeping the peace outside… while something inside you feels off.
Because many times, it’s not who we are.
It’s who we learned to be to survive
PODCAST: You are not nice, you have learned to adapt Georgina Hudson Thank you!In this new podcast episode, we explore this deeply:
👉 How the “good girl / good boy” pattern is formed
👉 Why it feels like identity… but it’s actually adaptation
👉 What it really takes to shift it (without losing yourself)
✏️ And a simple, practical way to start setting boundaries
If you’ve ever struggled to express what you really feel… this episode is for you.
A big hug ❤
Talk to Georgina More Podcasts16 April 2026, 5:14 pm - 30 minutes 14 secondsTeens pulling away, parents not reaching out
Hello ….how are you today?
“Do you feel like your teenage son or daughter is pulling away from you?”
I don’t mean whether they live with you.
Or whether you talk.
Or whether everything seems “fine” on the surface.
I mean something more subtle…
That feeling that you don’t quite know how to reach them anymore.
That there is distance… even when you’re close.
Because many times, it’s not that they are leaving.
It’s that we don’t know how to read what they’re going through.
Behind the silence… there is fear.
Behind the attitude… there is insecurity.
Behind “I don’t need you”… there is often:
“I don’t know how to ask you to come closer.”
— Your child PODCAST: Teens pulling away, parents not reaching out Georgina Hudson Thank you!In the new podcast episode, we talk about this with honesty, and we also share our own experience with our two teenagers.
What teenagers don’t say… but deeply feel.
And how, as parents, we can hold the connection without invading.
If you have children, or if you’ve ever felt lost in this stage… this episode is for you.

Talk to Georgina More Podcasts30 March 2026, 4:00 pm - 32 minutes 48 secondsThe smile we learned to wear
Hello …. How are you today?
On Sunday, I was in small and beautiful town of Catalunya, Miravet, presenting my book “You’re Prettier When You Smile” for International Women’s Day.
And while walking through that quiet town, I kept thinking about a sentence many women have heard at some point in their lives:
“You’re prettier when you smile.”
A phrase that sounds harmless.
But often carries something deeper.
Because it’s not really about the smile.
🫠Very often it’s about pleasing.
🫠Softening.
🫠Not making anyone uncomfortable.
Over time, that training can turn into something bigger: perfectionism, fear of conflict, and difficulty setting boundaries.
In the new podcast episode I speak very openly about this.👇👇👇
PODCAST: The smile we learned to wear Georgina Hudson Thank you!In this podcast I talk about
🫠 The good girl syndrome in general
🫠 And about my personal experience.
🫠 About perfectionism.
🫠 About the anxiety that can appear when we try to be perfect.
🫠 And also about something important: how we begin to free ourselves from that pattern.
If you’ve ever felt that you had to be perfect to be loved, this episode may resonate with you.

Talk to Georgina More Podcasts11 March 2026, 6:00 pm - 32 minutes 6 secondsThe Silent Distance in Relationships ❤️ (and How to Reverse It)
Hello ….how are you today?
I have an intimate question for you:
Do you feel that your partner still chooses you?
I’m not referring to whether the relationship continues, to whether you live together, or to whether you share responsibilities, but to something more subtle.
Do you feel that the your partner is still interested in discovering who you are today?
Did distance begin to grow between you instead?Because many couples don’t stop loving each other, but…
❤️🩹… they do stop seeing each other.
❤️🩹… they stop asking how the other person truly feels.
❤️🩹… they stop showing parts of themselves.
❤️🩹… and little by little, the relationship loses its vitality.
In the new podcast episode, we’re talking about how this emotional distance appears, with honesty and depth, and we also explore ✍️ a practical excercise to start finding each other again.
PODCAST: The Silent Distance in Relationships (and How to Reverse It) Georgina Hudson Thank you!And if this topic resonates with you, I’d like to share this episode with you in case it offers clarity, perspective, or simply the feeling of being understood.
Perhaps this episode reaches you at the right moment.
A big hug ❤
