Vasile Stanescu is an associate professor of Communication at Mercer University. He has been vegan for over 20 years and has been publishing work on effective animal liberation for over a decade. He holds a PhD in Modern Thought and Literature, with a focus on environmental rhetoric, from Stanford University.
