Life as an Arse

    Calm before the final storm
Nearly there...one last time to breathe and collect our thoughts. Where are we right now? Where do we prioritise? Last bit of rest...how do we rotate? Would one trophy be enough? What impact did losing the City final so convincingly do to galvanise City? Do we have enough creativity to finish the job with all these injuries? Only time will tell. Or, well, if you listen to our podcast you'll know. Enjoy!

    Max Points
Football, eh? Max Dowman, Gyokeres, Guehi miss, Havertz VAR, Arteta passion, Saliba in the 10....and some tacitcal rubbish. Sure, we do go into the tactics but this is a day about celebration, about the joy of a teenage hero emerging. Oh, and Chelsea being strange. Enjoy!

NEW AUDIO: In the thick of it
One thin is for certain. Despite having the second most amount of open goals in the league, we don't know how to score any. Oh, and we beat Chelsea again. The last time they beat us was when they beat us 1-1 earlier in the sesason. 2 London derbies in a row, 5 points clear, and a tough away trip to Brighton next. Enjoy!

Igor Tudor is a Silver Member
Well, well, well. What did we have to worry about? Igor has his first taste of Premier League experience and decides to deploy a European-style to give Eze, Gyokeres, Saka, and the gang to explored. Eze scoreds his fifth in 2 games against Spurs, the NLD is ours, the sun is out and WE ARE SO BACK. Fin joins us again as Rory is out in Vegas (has anyone ever seen those two in the same room?) as we chew the fat, drink the beer, and enjoy the week to come. Enjoy!

    A perfect weekend (well, nearly)
3-0 at home, a relaxing afternoon at the Emirates, and a huge week. What could possibly go wrong? Well, a mini Liverpool collapse tainted a near-perfect weekend. But, 6 points clear and 3 clean sheets in a row. You have to ask, do we have a set piece problem? We seem to only score from open play these days......we talk all thins Gyokeres resurgance, Zubi brilliance, Neville ranting, the chances of winning the league after that City win, and much more. Enjoy!

Okay, so we actually recorded this BEFORE City and Villa played...what a weekend of football. It's a pallet cleanser of a weekend for us all after a week of pure torture post--United. Come and enjoy the hour with us. The good vibes are back!

    Mentality
Top of the league, top fo the Champions League, one foot in the Semi Final of the League Cup. Doesn't feel like it does it? All of our chicken come home to roost in a dismal display against United with some inexplicable nerves. We discuss tactics, lack of attacking threat, nerves, mentality, defensive concern, and yet all topped with a sense that we're so close to more. Ooft, tough one to take. Perhaps a therapy session, eh? Enjoy.

1 point gained? 2 points dropped?
For a team 7 points clear, it certainly feels a bit gloomy. Dust has settled, next fixtures loom, and so we try and paint a prettier picture. Although we do actual fail, we end up problem solving our open play attack issues. Just lack of finishing? Is the Gyokeres experiment over? Does Eze need a starting place to see just what he can do? Do we answer ALL of these questions? You betcha. Enjoy!
