Sherice and Hal have one god given mission on this earth: to attack Jonathan Sims's every choice and action, while their cohost Noa who's only knowledge of TMA is up until the current episode being discussed, must defend him with his life. The first half of the episode is spent discussing Jon's various fluck ups and issues he makes for others just by existing, is spoiler free, and is dedicated to meta based up until that episode. The second half looks at TMA from the lens of the bigger picture, with Sherice and Hal discussing the finer points of their wives and emotional support men.
