    MEXICAN FIRING SQUAD RECIPE:


    • 2oz/60ml BLANCO TEQUILA 
    • .75oz/22ml LIME JUICE 
    • .75oz/22ml GRENADINE 
    • 4 dashes ANGOSTURA BITTERS 


    Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into an ine-filled rocks glass. Garnish with lime wheel.

    In this special format-breaking episode, the guys open up the test kitchen to create a new party drink with a distinct layered look.


    PISS 'N SHIT RECIPE:


    • 2 parts DARK RUM
    • 1 part PINEAPPLE JUICE
    • 1 part SOUR MIX 


    Chill ingredients. Fill the bottom half of a shot glass with pineapple juice and sour mix. Using the back of a spoon, float the dark rum on the top half. "Flush" the shot down your throat.

    The guys tackle a deceptively strong cocktail created at the Bank Exchange Saloon in Gold Rush–era San Francisco.


    PISCO PUNCH RECIPE: 


    • 2oz/60ml PISCO
    • .75oz/22ml PINEAPPLE JUICE 
    • .5oz/15ml SIMPLE SYRUP
    • .5oz/15ml LEMON JUICE
    •  1oz/30ml WHITE WINE
    •  3 whole CLOVES


    Gently mash the syrup with the cloves. Add remaining ingredients (except wine) to a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and double strain into large goblet. Add wine on top.

    The guys stir up some tall, refreshing sours! Created in 1980 by Alabama lounge owner Tony Mason, the drink was later promoted by Jack Daniel’s-- and eventually became the subject of a court battle between the two.

    • 1 part TRIPLE SEC
    • 4 parts SPRITE

    The guys whip up a boozy milkshake! First created in 1975 by St. Thomas bartender Angie Conigliaro, the Bushwacker has since spun off into countless variations across the American South.


    BUSHWACKER RECIPE:


    • 2oz/60ml DARK RUM
    • 1oz/30ml COFFEE LIQUEUR
    • 1oz/30ml CREME DE CACAO 
    • 2oz/60ml WHOLE MILK 
    • 1oz/30ml CREAM OF COCONUT


    Add ingredients and a cup of ice into a blender and blend until combined and frothy. Pour into a Hurricane glass and garnish with nutmeg.

    CHARTREUSE SWIZZLE RECIPE:


    • 1.5oz/45ml GREEN CHARTREUSE 
    • 1oz/30ml PINEAPPLE JUICE 
    • .75oz/22.5ml LIME JUICE
    • .33oz/10mlFALERNUM


    Pour all ingredients into a tall glass filled with pebble ice. With a swizzle stick (or cocktail spoon) mix vigorously, and top with more pebble ice, Garnish with mint leaves and grated nutmeg.

    AMBER MOON RECIPE:

    • 3oz Whiskey or Vodka
    • 1 raw egg
    • Tabasco sauce (to taste)


    Crack an egg into a highball glass, leaving the yolk unbroken. Pour in liquor. Add Tabasco to taste, or serve on the side.

    • 4oz/120ml Tomato Juice
    • .5oz/15ml Lemon Juice
    • .25oz/7.5ml Sugar Syrup
    • 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
    • 7 drops Tabasco
    • 2 grinds Black Pepper
    • 2 pinches Celery Salt 


    Rim a Collins glass with salt and pepper and add ice. Add ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Roll the shaker gently and strain into the Collins glass. Garnish as you see fit!
