Gen Z is has taken center stage. This new group of young people are making their mark on our culture and are influencing every society around the world. At the recent FEBC Leadership Academy, the topic of Gen Z was one of the major points of discussion with our staff. Our friend Jonathan Mortiz was a presenter at the conference and took the time to talk with several participants.  This is an important opportunity to hear their reactions to what they are facing as they reach out to Gen Z and work with their Gen Z staff.
