Bruce grew up having apocalyptic dreams he could not explain. At five years old, he watched the coast of California burn in a vision so vivid it never left him. Years later, a road trip with a friend led them to Hopi Prophecy Rock in Arizona. Previous to this visit, his friend got a lightning bolt tattoo. Bruce felt the impulse to get a sun tattoo.
