Out on track for the final day of the Qatar Goodwood Festival, Nick is joined by Charlotte Greenway to look back on the action from day four and previewing what we have to look forward to this afternoon. Clerk of the course Ed Arkell provides an update on the going and James Willoughby shares his views on how the track has stood up this week and why watering well ahead of time is crucial. Lydia Hislop is along to share her views on the week as a whole and the many highlights we’ve enjoyed so far before Hugo Palmer looks at his two in this afternoon’s Stewards’ Cup.

Henry Dwyer speaks about Asfoora ahead of her potential last run in the King George Stakes today - he takes us through the highlights of her career. Henri Bozo, breeder of Diamond Necklace, FaceTimes in to speak about her and her dam Prudenzia. Spicy Marg’s owner Emma Banks also speaks to Nick before her run today also in the King George Stakes after she was narrowly beaten in the Commonwealth Cup at Royal Ascot.

Day 3 of The Qatar Goodwood Festival and Rishi Persad joins Nick on the pod as they look ahead to today’s Nassau Stakes and take a look back at Bow Echo’s stellar performance in the Sussex Stakes yesterday with George Boughey coming in live on Facetime to give his take on the race and where Bow Echo is going to be headed next. Louis Thomlinson also reviews the Sussex Stakes from a Timeform point of view. Wathnan’s Richard Brown is also streamed in after their team had two winners yesterday with Wild Blossom and Flora of Bermuda and speak about future plans for their two fillies for the remainder of the season. Jane Mangan also joins us for a Galway update after King Alexander won the Galway Plate yesterday evening.

Day 2 at The Qatar Goodwood Festival and alongside Nick is the Racing Post’s Lee Mottershead as they look ahead to this afternoon’s Sussex Stakes and are joined by trainer of runner Zavateri, Eve Johnson Houghton and David Johnson gives his predictions from a Timeform perspective. Phil Cunningham is on to take a look back at yesterday’s Rebel Racing win courtesy of Twilight Calls. Lee and Nick analyse the eventful Goodwood Cup and Scandanavia’s success. We hear from Group Chief Executive Henry Beeby of Goffs on the release of the Orby Yearlings Sale catalouge and we get the Wetherbys segment with Jonathan Bloch and Nancy Hossack who owned the first two home in this years Hollywood Bets Durban July in South Africa.

It is Day 1 of The Qatar Goodwood Festival and Nick is joined by The Daily Mail’s David Yates this morning on track. The pair are joined by Goodwood Estates’ CEO Adam Waterworth to discuss ground conditions and the overall upcoming week here at Goodwood. The facetime’s are back and Cieren Fallon is the first port of call as he looks ahead to his ride aboard Lake Forest who is set to run in the Lennox Stakes today and the Sussex Stakes tomorrow. Oliver Cole, trainer of Dr Rascal, joins us to preview his colt in the Vintage Stakes. Timeform also has an update from Kieran Clark on The Goodwood Cup and the chances of a dual victory for Scandinavia.

Nick is joined by RTE and Racing TV broadcaster Jane Mangan for a canter through today's racing news. They begin with a look back at the weekend's King George, with Adam Mills (TPD) along to give his analysis of Kalpana's victory. Ascot treble-winning rider Saffie Osborne joins the show, looking ahead to her Goodwood rides, as does trainer Jessica Harrington, fresh from Group One success in Germany with Hotazhell. Sumbe's Tony Fry looks forward to supplementary entry Botagoz in Thursday's Nassau Stakes, while Nick and Jane pick apart round two between Trawlerman and Scandinavia. Continuing our discussion on management of syndicates, Dan Abraham of the Racehorse Syndicates Association has his say and offers a rejoinder to some of Tony Elliott's comments on Friday. Plus, Nick and Jane bid farewell to outgoing Epsom GM Jim Allen.

Eva O'Neill on the Saturday edition of the Nick Luck Daily podcast this morning previewing this weekend's racing with the King George at Ascot - she caught up with connections of some of the runners. She also caught up with connections of Goodwood hopefuls for next week, including George Boughey and Eve Johnson Houghton and she also paid a visit to Dan Horsford, new trainer at Sharpridge Farm.

Tom Stanley speaks to a syndicate member who claims they have not been paid out from their significant winnings in Dubai this winter with Imperial Emperor and also states that shares were oversold. The Racing Post's Jonathan Harding shares his view and also offers an update on this from the BHA. Charlotte and Jon also discuss the BHA‘s announcement yesterday that Simon Cox will be the next chair and run through the nine declarations for Saturday’s King George at Ascot. On which, we hear from Masquerade Ball's trainer in conversation with Eva O’Neill before Jack Channon touches on his weekend runners. Finally, Eva catches up with Thady Gosden on their team for the Qatar Goodwood Festival including Trawlerman and Friendly Soul.

They begin with the rumours doing the rounds this morning that Kia Joorabchian and his number one jockey David Egan have parted ways and what this might mean for the Amo Racing operation. We bring you an update from Beverley’s chief executive Sally Iggulden before looking head to the racing this weekend as we hear from Naohiro Goda on the Japanese runners in Saturday’s King George as well as Andrew Balding, who’s hoping Kalpana can go one better than she did last year. He also has an update on Dante winner item, who returns to York this weekend. Billy Nash of Timeform has our weekly update and reflects Johanna Walsh’s performance in Saturdays Irish Oaks, as well as a two year-old to note for later this year and next.
