Good morning all you true crime enjoyers! This week Luminol Cocktail are chatting about two cases from the topic of models. Lindsey talks about the recent case involving Thomas Buchard and Kelsey Turner - a financially beneficial relationship gone wrong. Tiffany wraps up our episode with the case of Jasmine Fiore, a sweet young woman who according to family and friends may have been able to actually reach for the stars if she tried to. We're back (hallelujah) and ready to talk about true crime! In our first episode back Tiffany and Lindsey are discussing sole survivors. Lindsey may have been stolen this topic idea from the 2019 Escape Room movie during a rewatch. Inspo comes from everywhere! Lindsey talks about her first ever date with Alex which they are recreating as her weekly verdict while Tiffany is just thrilled about her now 7 ornaments on her Christmas tree this year. The ladies of Luminol Cocktail are discussing the crimes committed by Fred and Rosemary West. Both Lindsey and Tiffany collaborate in this episode as they discuss the murders and crimes this murderous couple committed. They follow up with how the West children have been since overcoming living in the House of Horrors, noting two of the daughters have written books about their experiences and a son has sought out therapy. While they break down the timeline of events, the ladies are sipping on Lemon and Rosemary Bourbon Sours which are quite delicious as it turns out. After a wonderful and much need brunch with one too many mimosas the ladies of Luminol Cocktail are discussing two cases of demonic possession. Lindsey hops right in to the famously known the Devil Made Me Do it case with Arne Johnson and Alan Bono (yes, she knows it’s pronounced Arn-ie). Tiffany talks about the Ammons family possession which resulted in the demolition of the house and possible Netflix movie about the events. As they discuss, the ladies are drinking strong Green Demons, which is tart, but good! They discuss their own beliefs on demonic possession and possible spirits that wander this Earth. Tiffany is excited about her new outfits and bathing suit she purchased this week, while Lindsey is happy her class enjoyed their class egg hunt and she got TONS of sleep! In this shot episode, Lindsey and Tiffany discuss strange mishaps that have occurred at Zoos in the US. Of course, they spend a considerable amount of time discussing Harambe, as well as a zookeeper that just smelled a little too yummy for a Cheetah to ignore. They come to the same conclusion about Zoos, though, that they did about Disney World: MOST of the issues are a result of people not following the rules. There isn’t much going on in our leading ladies lives other than leg soreness and general illnesses from tiny humans. However, the ladies of Luminol Cocktail manage to pull through and discuss two wild cases featuring plane crashes. Tiffany brings attention to the Tenerife Airport Disaster. Lindsey retells the events of United Airlines flight 232 crash. As they discuss, the ladies are sipping on orange martinis, very reminiscent of a flight cocktail. They wrap up this episode by discussing Final Destination, Flight #116 is Down by Carolina B. Cooney and a movie starring Jodie Foster titled Flightplan because they are no longer are interested in real life plane crash scenarios. Lindsey is excited to have two more weeks off from school to get caught up with the rest of her life while Tiffany is excited her seedlings are graduating from their mini planters to their big boy ones! Lindsey covers the story of Kirstin Blaise Lobato, a woman accused of time traveling to murder a man after word of an assault got to the police. Tiffany talks about Gloria Killian, a woman blamed as the mastermind to a crime she did not commit with accomplices she didn't even know. As they discuss these misjustices, the ladies are NOT drinking their lychee and rose mimosas as they taste disgustingly like artisan soap (bad pick by Lindsey). They wrap up this episode by discussing Tiffany's trip to Europe and Lindsey's enjoyment of Critical Role's campaign 2 characters and smutty books. In this shot episode, the girls completely skip an intro and get right into the bulk of the shot episode, which is Six Flags and the deaths and accidents related to it. They discuss the variety of accidents at this amusement park, from ride malfunctions, to fire, to animal attacks. They also compare and contrast it to the parks that have been previously covered, and also speculate about the future development of Hollywood Studios, which really isn't related to Six Flags at all; but really, it's a shot episode, and those are directed by Tiffany, so nobody is really surprised! In the newest episode of season 4, the ladies of Luminol Cocktail are visiting their youth in the form of carnivals. While they discuss funnel cakes and elephant ears as well as cotton candy, they also cover two gruesome cases that feature carnivals/fairs. Tiffany starts us off with the horrendous crimes committed by James Michael Wright who took the lives of three young women Athena Hopson, 25, Joycelyn M. Alsup, 17 & Elizabeth Marie Vanmeter, 22. Lindsey takes us to the Iowa State Fairgrounds where Bobie and Marilyn Blewer were murdered by a past employee. As they talk, the ladies are happily enjoying cotton candy margaritas.
