5 Signs Jose Showed Before His Cancer Diagnosis

    This is a special episode.

It was originally recorded as a private audio for our senior dog parent communities, Glow Together and AfterGlow, shortly after we said goodbye to our beloved Jose—just 9 days after his cancer diagnosis.

I’m sharing it with you now because the signs Jose showed were so subtle… and as both a veterinarian and a senior dog parent, I know how easy it is to miss those quiet shifts when our dogs still seem mostly okay.

This recording isn’t heavy on grief (though that’s been ever-present for us). Instead, it's meant to be practical, heartfelt, and gently eye-opening. I hope it helps you feel more aware, more equipped—and more connected.
