I had planned to open up more about how I’m raising Dahlia, but instead, I touched briefly on a recent situation and how I chose to handle it. I had every intention of recording a simple life update but that’s not exactly what happened. Somewhere in between hitting “record” and “stop,” I shared more than I meant to and honestly, listening back made me question why I said some of what I did.

But maybe that’s just where I’m at right now. I’m not my old self, and that’s okay. If you’ve been waiting for a new episode, thank you for your patience and your support.

In this episode, I’m sharing some random thoughts that have been on my mind. I’m not sure what to expect in 2025, and I don’t have a clear agenda for the podcast yet, but I’m hopeful I’ll figure it out soon. What I am really grateful for, though, is my reading journey. I honestly didn’t think I’d exceed my reading goal this year, but I ended up reading about four more books than I anticipated.
