    Today I’m talking with Sarah, who is almost 200 days alcohol-free. Sarah spent 15 years as a CFO working intense hours, raising kids, carrying a huge amount of pressure, and using wine to cope with the stress, resentment, exhaustion, and mental load.


    Sarah didn’t have some dramatic “rock bottom.” From the outside, her life looked successful and together. But inside, she kept waking up with anxiety, regret, and the same thought over and over:
