'3 Mopeds 3 Peaks' is a 3 peaks challenge for charity - with a difference!
Charlie, Rob and Nathan are three serving & ex-serving members of the British Army who set themselves the task of acquiring, renovating, and then riding, 3 classic mopeds between Snowdon, Scafell Pike, and Ben Nevis, and completing the infamous '3 Peaks Challenge' whilst doing so - all for their chosen charities.

Jane Omorogbe was formerly Rio from the hit TV show 'Gladiators', and starred in the Holywood blockbuster 'Gladiator' with an iconic role as the chariot archer who gets cut in half! But that's not the end of her talents.
An accomplished motorcycle journalist, Jane has ridden and tested most motorcycles all over the world, and is now a strength & nutritional coach based in the Netherlands.
Jane has an incredible zest for life and new experiences, and I really loved the time we had to chat together - there's got to be a part 2!

Craig White lost his wife Sarah to Cancer earlier this year, and started his youtube channel Riding Through Grief as a way to help him deal with his grief, but also to hopefully help others in similar situations.
Through the channel Craig has connected with many others, including Gordon Bissell who himself recently lost his wife to the same disease, and together the lads are navigating their own paths whilst helping others along the way.
This is a very raw and emotional episode folks, where we talk openly about grief, our coping mechanisms, and talk through many questions left by listeners/viewers of 'Bru time' who themselves are experiencing their own grief.
