In Chicago, 1993, a young man was found dead in the backseat of a car, shot execution-style in a case that would leave behind decades of questions, controversy, and suspicion. In the spring of 1996, police in College Park, GA were summoned to an apartment for a welfare check. Inside the apartment, they found the body of a woman brutally slain, and immediately got to work trying to find her killer. However, when they finally learned who allegedly killed her... Over the past five years of 90s Crime Time, there have been certain cases that stay with you long after the episode ends...

In 1995, a little girl, known for her bright smile and precious looks, was living with someone who was supposed to care for her while her mother received help...
