Parenting is one of life’s greatest gifts, but it can also be stressful, exhausting, and extremely lonely. This podcast was built on the belief that the best way to build community is by digging in and getting honest with ourselves. This is not a place for advice as much as it’s about finding connection with other parents (no matter your gender) who know exactly what you’re going through. Yes, this is a parenting podcast; and while we do discuss issues that revolve around life with kids, we focus more on the life of a human... who happens to be a parent, and how to balance the multitude of hats we wear on a daily basis while attempting to be the best version of ourselves for our partners, our children, and our own personal well-being. Featured by People Magazine, Season 1 ranked in the top 2% of podcasts worldwide – breaking onto Apple’s Top 50 Parenting Podcast charts across the globe. // To join the conversation, find us on Instagram: @DILFpodcast //

If you’ve ever felt hurt or useless due to your child’s close relationship with your partner, you are NOT alone.
In this DILF Replay, host Kevin Seldon welcomes successful entrepreneur, Ari Bloom, who's made a career out of manifesting the dreams of others while remaining behind the scenes — similar to his life as a parent. So, how does this versatile entrepreneur somehow still find the time to make his family a priority? The answer may surprise you...
Together, Kevin and Ari —Founder and CEO of A-Frame Brands, the company behind Kinlo (Naomi Osaka's suncare brand), Loved01 (a skincare line from John Legend), and Proudly (a baby care line for children of color by Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union), as well as the co-founder of Wise Sons Delicatessen — share an honest discussion on everything from the power of transparency and the importance of fighting our tendencies toward auto-pilot, to why the concept of balance… is bullshit.

In preparation for our upcoming third season, we're excited to present another episode favorite in our DILF RePlay Series:
In the first of DILF’s popular CoParenting Series, Host Kevin Seldon invites his brave wife on the pod… mid-arguement, after finding themselves in the middle of a fight that seemed all too familiar. They soon realized that WHAT they were actually arguing about had nothing to do with the situation before them. In fact, they were each simply angry about other unresolved issues in their relationship and using this random argument to vent frustrations without actually addressing the true issue at hand... and it was beginning to impact the environment in which they raised their child. They found themselves in a vicious cycle... and it wasn't about a lack of love, it was remnants from past feelings that had yet to be resolved and simply lingered silently, growing momentum within them in a way that could slowly poison any relationship, but especially dangerous for the often strained relationship between co-parents.

In April of 2020, a father of two decided to launch a YouTube channel to offer some friendly "DADvice" to those in need — advice he sorely lacked growing up after his own father left him and his seven siblings when he was only 14 years old. That Youtube channel is called DAD, HOW DO I and in under three months it has amassed over 2.4 million subscribers.
In this DILF Replay, Kevin sits down with Rob Kenney, the dad behind DAD HOW DO I, for a heart-to-heart with the international sensation one fan referred to as “not the internet dad, but rather the internet’s dad.” Together, they discuss everything from celebrating our imperfections, the importance of being vulnerable in front of our kids, and how to prevent past mistakes from corrupting our present.

DILF host, Kevin Seldon, provides an update on our upcoming third season, and announces the launch of a new nonprofit called ALL PARENTS WELCOME (APW) — a global coalition of parents working to create more support and inclusivity within parenting culture. To learn more about APW or to sign up to join the coalition, visit https://join.apw.ngo
Kevin also discusses what he's been working on since the end of DILF season 2 — the creation of new book: a sanity-saving guide to better support the new dads, providing the tools needed to become the type of actively-engaged, emotionally-evolved parent that every partner and child needs and deserves. SO, if you’re a new or expectant parent, or a dad who could have ever used more support, or a mom who wishes your partner had more resources to better support you and themselves… this is your opportunity to make that a reality for new parents across the globe with 100% of net proceeds donated back to APW. It’s no secret that the world treats men and women very differently… and the same goes for moms and dads; however, truly comprehending what it’s like for the opposite sex is no easy task.
Kevin welcomes Nick North, a trans man with the rare experience of living life as both dad and mom.
After giving birth to four children, Nick decided that he was tired of living a lie and began his journey transitioning to Dad. His journey is not only fascinating, but also an eye-opening lesson in the realities of gender bias that most of us face on a daily basis. So much more than a trans story, this is Nick North's tale of bravery — an eye-opening interview that proves that the formula for being an amazing parent is simply living your truth while continuing to show up each and every day... with love.
