Sportay hit the track and spoke to Olympic Runner Luke Mathews about his 2016 Rio Olympics performance, the expectations of performing on the World stage and how difficult it is mentally and physically. We dived into the world of swimming and spoke to Alex Graham who has just flown home from the 2019 World Aquatic Championships in South Korea. He won a Gold medal in the 4x200 metre Freestyle relay and a Bronze medal in the 4x100 metre Freestyle relay.
