Synopsis: Following his epiphany Homelander tasks Firecracker to present him as the one true god to the people. Needing help she involves Supes Worm, Ashley, her bankrupt evangelical husband, Oh Father and snarker PR lead, Courtney, to come up with a plan.
The Boys, still without the virus, go to Fort Harmony to find V1, the virus resistant original version of the drug which gives Supes their powers.
There an airborne virus pits the team against each other with Hughie, Butcher, MM and Kimiko all at each other’s throats. Only Frenchie is immune due to his past drug abuse.
When they reach the safe at Fort Harmony they find no remaining V1 vials and they suspect that the Supe Bombsight has recently taken all vials of the V1 that were there but don’t know why.
Homelander and Soldier Boy are also in search of the V1 at Fort Harmony. Homelander mocks him, saying he injected himself with V1 because he felt inferior to his brother; Soldier Boy locks Homelander in a chamber of enriched uranium to prevent him from getting V1, which he intends to destroy.
Frenchie finds the source of the toxoplasmosis and takes Soldier Boy to it, revealing it is Quinn, with whom he had a past. After Frenchie provokes him, Soldier Boy kills Quinn, returning everyone to normal. Homelander breaks out of the chamber and spares Soldier Boy's life after seeing him broken at killing Quinn.
Meanwhile Annie meets her father, who admits he always loved her, and asks her to keep her loved ones close to keep her humanity which prompts her to reunite with Hughie.
To fulfil Homelander’s request of her Firecracker sets up a massive church service where Oh Father proclaims Homelander as a prophet of God.

Mark, Nolan, and Tech Jacket race back to Earth, but despite Mark’s worst fears they find it intact.
As Mark reunites with his mother, Eve, and his friends, he experiences hallucinations of Thragg killing them individually as retribution for the destruction of the Viltrumite home world.
Nolan revisits the crater where he pummeled Mark and is confronted by a distrustful Cecil, who urges Nolan to get the Coalition to arrive quickly if the Viltrumites arrive on Earth.
Debbie and Paul mutually end their relationship, while Eve tearfully informs Mark that she aborted her pregnancy in fear of having to raise the baby alone. She didn't know what else to do.
Debbie goes to Talescria with Nolan to care for Oliver, while Mark leisurely flies alone at Eve’s suggestion to relieve his anxieties, only to add to them when he encounters Grand Regent Thragg high over planet Earth.
Thragg informs Mark that the remaining 37 Viltrumites are indeed on Earth, secretly living among humans to repopulate; he threatens to destroy the planet if they are disturbed, but promises that they will not interfere positively or negatively with humans if they are left alone.
After realising he really has no choice at all, Mark reluctantly agrees to his terms.
Meanwhile, The Great Allen receives a post-mortem message from Thaedus for his eye only. In the message he is instructed to use the perfected Scourge Virus to eliminate the remaining Viltrumites, even though it may also be lethal to Mark's people.

Synopsis: Vought cleans up Soldier Boy's image and he becomes a member of The Seven. Sister Sage reveals that the first version of Compound V, V1, which Soldier Boy has, slows the aging process so much that it makes him practically immortal. This prompts Homelander, after an angelic hallucination of Madelyn Stillwell, to pursue a vial of the legendary compound V. V1.
Meanwhile, the Boys, with Stan Edgar's help, locate a base where V1 may be located. Butcher finds Ryan and gets Ryan to agree that he will kill Homelander with the virus, even though it will kill both Butcher and Ryan in the process.
Elsewhere, Zoe Neuman, still angry at Butcher for killing her mother, also finds out that her father, Sameer, is still alive. As they leave Butcher’s makeshift laboratory they destroy the remaining samples of the virus.
The Deep, Cindy, Dogknott, and Black Noir II are after Stan Edgar for Homelander and arrive at his bunker. After getting inside, thanks to Maverick, Translucent’s son (who finally knows the truth about Hughie’s role in his killing), Noir captures Edgar. But in the game of the Seven, Deep betrays him, knocking him out, so that he can take Edgar to Homelander himself. In the fight at the bunker, meanwhile, Maverick confronts Hughie and in the fight Cindy kills Maverick and Annie kills Cindy.
Against Butcher’s advice, and without the virus, Ryan confronts Homelander about raping his mother, Becca, which leads to a violent fight that leaves Ryan badly injured.
As the Boys plan to find the V1 near the site of an old base called Fort Harmony, Annie takes off and leaves them, while Butcher finds the wounded Ryan.

Thousands of years ago when the Relonian’s began an uprising against their Viltrumite oppressors the leaders argued over what was to be done. A younger Thaedus argues that their strength should not be punished but their leader Argyll is unmoved ordering 25% of their race be destroyed.
Before the plan can be enacted Thedeus assassinates Argyll and flees the planet. Determined to root out the perceived weakness that caused his glorious leader’s death, the new regent Thragg orders all Viltrumites to destroy all weakness they find, leading to the murder of millions. Only the strong survive.
In the present day, Theadus leads a team of the coalition's strongest warriors including Nolan, Mark, Oliver, Allan, Tech Jacket and Space Racer to the planet Viltrum. He hopes to catch and kill Thragg and a small group of Viltrumites before they’ve had time to regroup and leave the race leaderless.
But they were prepared and both groups battled furiously against each other. Thragg makes one last offer to Nolan to come back to the Viltumite side and all will be forgiven. The planet is everything that they represent. Unable to beat the Viltrumites in the battle Nolan, Thaedus and Mark follow an Infinity Bolt from Space Racers weapon through the core of Viltrum destroying the planet and its legacy.
Furious, Thragg unleashes his power on the team, taking Thaedus head and Oliver’s jaw declaring he’s a mistake adding nothing to the Viltrumite race. He leaves Nolan beaten unconscious and is stopped short of killing Mark. Realising they’ve lost too many.
Weeks later Mark is awakened by Allan, the new leader of the Coalition of Planets. Allan has been tasked to find and retrieve the missing Viltrumites but as they discuss their plans Mark realises the superpowered beings are on their way to Earth.

Synopsis: Butcher leads the rest of the Boys to a laboratory, where Dr. Sameer Shah has perfected the virus to take out Homelander. Before they can be sure of the efficacy of the virus they need to do a test and plan to expose Rock-Hard from Teenage Kix to the virus. They intended to kidnap Rock Hard but he has become so massive they are forced to test the virus at Teenage Kix's crib.
Following A-Train’s funeral, Homelanders self-centred introspection makes him realise his isolation and that only powerful can understand the powerful, so he awakens Soldier Boy from cryostasis for paternal reasons (I mean tactical reasons) and orders him to find Butcher in exchange for clearing his name.
As Hughie, Butcher, and Kimiko get the virus from the lab they encounter Soldier Boy on their way back to Kix's Crib, forcing them to flee. Hughie and Kimiko race to get the virus to Frenchie, Starlight and MM who have been readying Rock Hard and the crib for the test; while Butcher lures Soldier Boy towards the crib as well as he sees an opportunity to test the virus on Homelander’s father.
As Soldier Boy goes after Butcher he is accompanied by Teenage Kix members Jetstreak and Sheline, who have been rounding up Starlighters in the neighbourhood. Chasing down and confronting Kimiko, Sheline is knocked out while Jetstreak pursues and catches Hughie where he flies high to drop Hughie. Saved by Starlight, Hughie gets the virus to the house, just as Soldier Boy and Jetstreak arrive. Inside, the two supes are tricked to go after Hughie but it is Frenchie who releases the virus, killing Jetstreak, Rock-Hard, and seemingly Soldier Boy.
The team make it back to their laboratory where Sameer tells them the virus does not transmit to humans allowing Frenchie and Kimiko to be reunited. While Frenchie wants her to leave because of the virus's lethality, she refuses. Both Kimiko and also Starlight are all in on the plan despite the risk to them from the virus.
Back at the crib as Vought scientists begin to decontaminate the scene Homelander arrives and is devastated by the sight of the seemingly dead Soldier Boy as he turns and leaves, Soldier Boy suddenly awakens inside his bodybag.

On the way to Talescria, home of the Coalition of Planets, Nolan recounts his ruthless Viltrumite upbringing to Allen the alien, detailing how he taught young cadets and was severely beaten by his parents to prove his adulthood.
Shortly after, a devastating biological weapon, the Scourge virus, decimated the Viltrumites, including Nolan's parents. The Grand Regent quarantined the sick, blockaded the planet, and exterminated all alien slaves aware of the plague to protect their biggest flaw.
The few remaining Viltrumites spread across the galaxy to find genetically compatible species, such as humans, for reproduction.
On Talescria, Thaedus reveals he is the infamous Betrayer who assassinated the famous Viltrumite leader Emperor Argall which led to the initial cleanse of the species.
Utilizing Nolan's knowledge, Allen helps covertly gather scattered ancient weapons and allies, including Space Racer and toxic Sinlak beetles for the Coalition to help destroy the Viltrimite threat.
When they return, Thaedus privately confesses to Nolan that he also engineered the Scourge virus and possesses an improved strain. Though angered, Nolan departs to recruit his son from Earth after Thaedus assures the virus is only a last resort.
Meanwhile, on the Viltrumite homeworld, Conquest returns and reports his failure to Grand Regent Thragg
