In this episode, I spoke to writer, director and producer, Paddy Slattery. Paddy was in a car accident when he was a teenager which quadriplegic. In Paddy's own words, it was at this time that he lost the ability to walk but gained the ability to fly.
His outlook and perspective on life is beyond inspiring and our conversation touches on his extremely positive mindset, his process to reach euphoric states through meditation, his work in the Irish film industry and his talks to school children on mindfulness and attitude.

In this episode of the podcast, I chat with Luke Martin. Luke is a life long friend of mine who runs a tattoo shop in Dublin called 'True Electric Tattoo'. Luke's older brother Jim, who did the majority of my own tattoos and who taught Luke how to tattoo, passed away a few years ago from Cancer and we chat about the effect this has had on Luke's life and career as well as what motivates him to keep pursuing excellence in tattooing. We also talk about how starting a family has changed his approach to running a business and why it is that tattooing resonates with him so much.

In this episode, I chat to Kieran Davern. Kieran is a team mate of mine from SBG and is one of the most highly regarded Jiu Jitsu athletes in Ireland, Europe and probably the world.
After retiring from MMA a few years back, Kieran put all of his passion, time and heart into becoming a full time Jiu Jitsu athlete. He runs his own gym in Tullamore, training 3 - 4 times per day and recently received his well earned Black Belt from Coach John Kavanagh.
We talk about how he got started in Martial Arts, his MMA career and why he transitioned in Jiu Jitsu, the not so glamorous jobs he's had in the past and his future goals of being a world champion and producing world champions.
