Covering economics, activities, air pollutions, droughts, and strawls such as being within positive and/or negative affects in Mexico. 

Whereas, the government in Mexico created a program to combat the high levels of air pollution in Mexico City. And knowing that there are things that are positive and/or negative affects that cover just part of mexico or it's just the whole thing.
