Hi Mujeres!! Happy New Year! We are so excited to be back in the studio and recording again, it's definitely refreshing! This episode we go over what we look forward to in the 2023 new year, what our goals are, what we want to work on - personally and podcast wise, which makes us so excited for what is to come. We know goals are usually set for the new year but we want to hold each other accountable and make a plan for how we intend to achieve our goals. Like the saying goes - "Nothing changes if nothing changes." If there's something you want to accomplish, with your job, your personal life, etc write down your plan and crush every goal! We believe in you! 

Hi Mujeres! Long time no see or...talk. We've been MIA lately and pretty much all year. This episode will address where we've been, where we're going, and if we're going to continue Modern Day Mujeres. Thanks for sticking around and supporting us. We hope to see you all soon. Hi Mujeres! We're back from our long hiatus and glad to be back recording! We catch up with what we've been up to and where we've been. Liz with her fitness journey and getting her last baby ready for school and Mel moving and her long distance relationship, we have been busy this summer. We open up the discussion of relationships and when men support and encourage their partners, it provides a safe space for us to be who we really and in turn give back to them for their needs. Whether to get married, become coupled up, or even not putting up with a dirty habit. Most times it's a woman giving a man an ultimatum to put a ring on it but sometimes it's the other way around! Listen and see what happened when one of us was given an ultimatum.
