Shannan was not always involved in personal training. She spent 15 years of her professional career in corporate America working in sports marketing. When she realized the male dominated, suit wearing world wasn't for her, she got her NASM Personal Training Certification and never looked back.
Shannan has been with Fiddler's Elbow CC since the spring of 2019. She works closely with our staff at Strive2Move, from hosting fun run/walks on Wednesdays while the weather permits, to creating the Yards and Years Program — designed to keep senior golfers in shape during the off season.
