Hi! My name is Taylor.
Hey guys! In this episode, I discuss three areas where I see a lot of people making mistakes in their fitness journeys. I've been there, done that with each of these topics too, so I'm here to share some wisdom with you:
1) Forever being on some kind of diet and then bingeing off of it
2) Not paying attention to overall caloric intake
3) Putting yourself in a box with how you train

In this episode, I discuss the topic of showing up as your real self, particularly in your online and social media life. I go over why as humans we tend to:
-edit pictures to show only the best of our lives
-write captions that catch attention rather than inform or educate
-share articles on social media that could be untrue just to inflame opinions from the other side of the political spectrum
-get anxiety when we spend too much time online and WHY that really is
And I talk about why I see this all as wrong. I truly believe that if we could show up as our real selves online and start treating each other with respect, the world and this country could go so much further. The online space isn't going away anytime soon, so we need to learn how to properly treat each other and share our lives with the world so that we can keep moving forwards as a nation.

Why don’t I post my workouts for you guys very often/if at all?
Because they’re literally all the same. LOL.
In this episode, I talk to you about the importance of adhering to a consistent workout program and why just doing whatever you see your favorite person on the internet doing for the day is STUPID. Important points I hit on:
-muscle as an adaptation
-you are what you consistently do
-I probably don’t train the way you think I do
-training the same ways for years gives you the results you truly desire
Thanks for listening today!
If you enjoyed or benefitted from this episode, SHARE IT.
Love you,
Taylor

In this episode, I dive into:
-the importance of females specifically overtraining and under eating and how devastating it can be for our metabolisms
-males not growing muscle as quickly due to too much training stimulus and not enough muscular recovery time
-burnout when over training which leads to massive food cravings and reliance on stimulants just to get through an average day
-how to move out of the stages of burnout and over training and begin to start eating to actually fuel your activity
Thanks so much for listening! It would mean the world to me if you shared this episode with a friend.

This is some deep stuff so it’s important that we talk about multiple different aspects of this. Here are the areas I dive into today:
-Establishing your personal morals. Where do they come from? Do they shift based on who you are around? Are they rock solid when you’re under pressure? Do they come from your own beliefs or your parents’?
-Creating your looks. What can you control? Your look is a part of you and gives others the idea of what kind of person you are overall by a first impression.
-Relationships, both platonic and romantic: what are your standards? What do you believe in within a romantic relationship? Do you tell your friends everything about you? Why or why not?
These are just three areas of life, but I feel like they encompass a lot. If you want another podcast on this topic but focusing on different sub-areas, let me know!

LOL, this is a solo episode with a short Q and A from my Instagram page. Oh, Coronavirus.
The questions I answered on today's episode are:
-What are you doing to keep occupied? (during the pandemic)
-Clean bulking and dense meal prep (how to properly do both)
-People keeping their cool during the pandemic (lol, I gave my brief opinion on this)
-What are your fitness goals? (so I shared several things that I have in mind when working out, eating healthy, and keeping myself well overall)
I hope you guys enjoy! Thank you so much for listening. If you do enjoy this, can you share it on your social media for me? THANK YOU.

Thanks for joining us again! In this episode, my husband and I discuss:
-qualities essential to what we consider an ideal friend. This is someone who will push us to be better but not compete against us, be financially and emotionally mature, be a deep person, and more.
-what we currently see going well and going wrong with couples our age (26 years old for both of us!)
-why no one else truly completes you
