You’ve been dead too long. Welcome back to life. I’ve missed that smile!
These words from Keith Schmidt‘s wife awaited him at the successful end of a 75-hour learning and life reset experience.
Keith had repressed and suppressed so much trauma from his life and job that he was on autopilot, careening toward disaster in his marriage, fatherhood, relationships, and personal health. Despite a career in team-based public service organizations, Keith was utterly alone. He had isolated himself in his own suffering and had forgotten the power and necessity of brotherhood, feeling able to ask for and offer help, and choosing hard every day – not feeling victimized by life.
There are no coincidences. Keith found the shock and rebirth he needed at just the right time. Now, in addition to continuing to serve his community, Keith shares his experiences to inspire others to their own fullest potential.

Daniel Mangena shares his approach for realizing the reality of our dreams and reprogramming ourselves for abundance.
Daniel studied self-development with intentionality since a young age and found his way to millionaire status by 19 – but then lost it all, made it back, and lost it all again. Broke, riddled by severe social anxiety, and paralyzed by self-doubt, Daniel became depressed and suicidal. Fortunately, he couldn’t even carry that plan to completion for fear of failure!
At the age of 27, Daniel was diagnosed with Asperger’s and soon realized the syndrome had actually prevented the suicide attempt and saved his life. In it, he has found his super power. And in his journey through extreme highs and lows, Daniel uncovered the secret to permanently maintaining a state of abundance after manifesting it.
These days, Daniel lives a life of joy and freedom with his wife and children in Los Cabos, Mexico. He travels the world teaching alignment of mind, body, and spirit in actions, thoughts, and feelings.
Dr. John Jaquish recently stopped by the show to share his fitness invention, the American-made X3 Bar, and how it offers training that is superior to free weights and certainly cardio. He is a PhD who comes from the biomedical device field and used his own product to go from an overweight 40 year old to packing on lean mass using only variable resistance training.
We had a fun and varied conversation that covered marketing to illiterates in the fitness industry, working with Tony Robbins, getting trolled and banned, death threats, the food pyramid, living on gas station hot dogs, blue zones, the FDA, the collapse of California, and jumping through flaming hoops!
