Today's beers have been the topic of a recent court case that saw two Australians pleading with a judge!

Those two beers were @betterbeer and @bricklanebrewing one a low carb larger and the other an ultra-low alcohol hazy, which is which, well that's part of the problem!

The courts may have ruled that both beers can coexist but here at beer baby’s there is only one judge when it comes to beers, and that's our patterned 6 pack test!

We take these two beers and put them up against each other and see which of these two beers is better.

It was a hung jury (get your mind out of the gutter) voting 2 to 1 in favor of which beer? Well, I guess you will just have to listen for yourself!

As we jump head first into 2023 the Beer Babies got together for one last beer and a little look back at the year that was.

Listen to the guys go through their favorite moments as well and fav beers for 2022.

2022 was a huge year for beer babies, we got our first beer sponsorship, (thanks Tin Man) we interviewed some of the coolest folks in Tassie Beer and we accomplished one of Will's lifetime goals of putting on a live podcast.

Huge thanks to all the brewers we have talked to last year, @a_festival_called_george, @communionbrewingco @manchild.beer and @van_dieman we love having people on who know what they are talking about, it's refreshing after all our dross.

Speaking of not knowing anything, another huge thanks goes to all our guests this year, @jacobcorcoran, @quackjigley, Tessa and @gokuyourself (I think you were on this year).

All our amazing guests breathe life into the show and it's my goal for 2023 to have even more (but don't worry all of you guys will be back).

Jack is back in B Babies studios and he's better than ever.

Billy has done something very daring and brought along a dark beer.

Jack said the last episode he was on he saves all his beer drinking for beer babies and so to no surprise this is his 1st stout.

A stout is a strong-flavored beer so having Jack there for his first time was really fun! 

That's one of the great things about having Jack on the show because they are almost always a first-time with a type of beer.

To make Jack's 1st time (with a dark beer), Billy headed down to the shops and got Google's top suggested tasting pairing.

Will sat down Bryon from Tandys and talked about his love for old school german wheat beer!

Bryon has annotated the wheat beer the O.G. hazy and feels that sadly it's lost its seat at the craft beer table.

Hear the trial and tribulations of opening a Brewery During a global pandemic.

Will has taken a trip up the North West to one of the must-see venues in Tasmania, Communion Brewing.

Andrew (Communion owner and head Brewer) open up to us about some of the challenges he faces during an unprecedented time.

It was brew day and we got to see the team at work, we get a look at the early steps that go into making beer and Will pretends he knows what going on.
