#2 A chilled out dads approach to parenting.

Wow what a blast I had interviewing this dad of one.

Jhuan Roux is provides humour, a direct approach to parenting, with a lot of ‘who gives a crap what people think’ approach.

This podcast is for dads who are new to parenting and/or for mums who are confused and frustrated with their partners and how they help, or don’t help.

We go into how Jhuans son came into the world, why he believes childbirth isn’t that painful, his violent upbringing in South Africa, his style of parenting and how to have a more fun and chilled out approach.

We dig into what makes a good 50/50 parent split, what he thinks about Elon Musks comment around being a dad and that it’s up to the mum.

He provides advice for mums from a dad's perspective on how to feel less overwhelmed and stressed.

There’s so much in this episode to get you thinking in a different way. I hope this helps mums understand why dads do what they do (well at least this dad) so you can enjoy parenting, have a little more fun and time to yourself and don’t sweat the small stuff...
