    How You Do It Matters

Welcome to the Tribe Mastermind podcast with your hosts Jordan and Steve. In this episode, they discuss the break over the holidays, new babies, kids growing up, and how excited they are about the possibilities for the new year. Steve speaks about getting back to fundamentals in business and raising the bar when it comes to what you expect from your team members.

Listen in as they speak about reinventing yourself and your business. Building scorecards for each job and writing down what is expected of the team member in that position, if you fire someone and they are surprised, you’ve failed as a leader. They talk about goals and team building and how meditation can calm the mind and allow you to honor God.

What do you wish you could tell your 18-year-old self? It is a question they talk about, and when reading the how-to books don’t try to implement everything you read, pick out a few highlights, or you might be overwhelmed. Have you ever judged someone but then found out that you were way off base? Effectively judging someone can only be accurate if you let them get close to you.
