So we’ve made it to somewhat of a milestone – Episode 10! This episode is all about motivation – the pillars of sustainable motivation and motivating others. We vibe to some music by Eminem, discuss a good news story involving Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, and learn about the health benefits of a vegan diet. And I have a bit of an announcement to make.
In episode 9 we discuss happiness and how to determine what the source of your unhappiness could be. We also talked about weight loss and a few truths that you must understand when you embark on a journey to lose weight and improve your overall fitness. We also added some rock music to the Spotify playlist from Twiddle and heard a good news story about a girl from Maryland who won a handwriting competition.
In episode 8, we wrap up our series on the Law of Attraction with a segment on Magnetism & Syncronicity. Â We talk about some good news from Modesto, CA and bake some really good fish tacos...all while jamming to a vibe by The Movement.

Â We continue our series on the LoA and discuss The Law of Consious Action and why it's important to do good deeds for others. Â Then we jam to some Phish and learn how to make a healthy snack using sweet potatoes.Â
