The most accessible art conversation on the web.
This week, the Art Pros dive deep into the world of art history’s favorite people: privileged white male artists. In today’s art world, the shift in access and power has just begun, and our previous kings of art are beginning to feel the effects of social justice. Artists are becoming Justin Bieber impersonators, and the sons of presidents are even making backdoor deals overseas for their performance art. Please join us for this special fireside chat, and bring your smore supplies because today we’re gonna have a fun roast.

When was the last time you put your hands in the air and waved them like you just don’t care? In this episode, this is exactly what the Art Pros did. Does art have to be so serious all the time? Does making smart art make you a better artist? We don’t always think so. So come have some fun with us, let your hair down and let's live a little.
This week, Gage and Renz talk about how important it is to have fun when you make art. Gage comes out as a capitalist, Renz’s recording sounds horrible because he accidentally pointed his mic backwards. Donkey from “Shrek” might be a republican. Renz thinks Drake’s album cover sucks and Gage thinks he probably got it from Fiverr.
So if you think you need a little vacation from all the hard work you’ve been doing, then you deserve it. Kick it with the Art Pros, queue this episode up, sit back and enjoy the vibes!

It’s been a long summer interns. Here’s a new episode.
This week the art pros end their hiatus(we have lives!) and talk about accessibility in the art world. The audience needs to be able to understand your work otherwise you aren’t going to get any money, we drop some thoughts on that. We also talk about:
Cake art, Neil Degrasse Tyson Chicken Nuggets, the Mark Wahlberg question, Xbox Dos Equis, Dababy, and more. We swear all of it makes sense together and is on topic. Welcome back to the world’s most inconsistent internship in the world. Want to become an art professional? Take the Art Pros Pill, and become a chad paid artist.

Pssst hey, wanna make some money off the blockchain with your art?
In this epic conclusion to the Art Professionals Podcast “nOn-FuNgIbLe ToKen” arc, the Renz and Gage offer some much needed clarity. In this episode we address the ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT OF CRYPTOCURRENCY, the publication costs i.e. ETHEREUM GAS FEES, and potential unique use-cases for the non-fungible token(feet pic algorithm anyone?) While NFTs could be your ticket to gravy-town (as demonstrated by the artist Beeple’s meteoric rise to be one of the most valuable living artists on the planet) there are some significant drawbacks. Anyways...if you want to hear about Renz’s blockchain business model, the ESPN rockchain technology, and our insight on how to get money as an artist, check out this episode. It might confuse you. It might enlighten you. There’s only one way to find out. You will sound smarter after this episode. You will be learned. Listen to our episode, learn more about NFT’s, and earn that LAMBO BAYBEEEEEEEEEEEE!
**It's important to note that while NFTs were popularized as part of the ETH ecosystem, there are other coins/ blockchain solutions that may or may not cost less, for example, Cardano(ADA) is a blockchain tech that can support NFTs with coins much cheaper than ETH, however, ETH based marketplaces will reasonably have more people and more capital to buy your art with. This is not covered in the episode.
If you want to mint an NFT as a cryptonoob, we found opensea.io to be the most straightforward platform.

Are you a digital artist? Do you want to become a rich, and successful digital artist, and do you want it to happen FAST? If you do, then you’ve come to the right place because we’re here to tell you that it probably won’t happen. We’re sorry. We’re so sorry that we want to help, because we know that it’s possible and we’ll tell you how in this episode.
If you want to have a chance at getting rich FAST with your digital art, you probably want to look into NFTs. It’s not too late, because someone told us It’s Never Too Late. NFTs are the premiere way to become a millionaire with digital art faster than you can speed dial your mom to tell her you just bought her a new Tesla Cybertruck because you’ve become a modern artist. NFT stands for Non-Fungible Token. A Non-Fungible Token is a cryptographic token that represents a unique item that serves as proof of ownership. Non-Fungible tokens provide proof of ownership through blockchain technology, which is the same technology that Bitcoin uses. Bitcoin is worth tens of thousands of dollars, because of blockchain technology. If you’ve ever wanted to get stupid rich from Bitcoin or anything similar, this episode might interest you. It might confuse you. It might enlighten you. There’s only one way to find out. You will sound smarter after this episode. You will be learned. The internet is the new oyster of the world, and the ocean is waiting for you to dive more than knee deep into it. Listen to our episode, learn about NFT’s, and earn that pearl. Mommy will be proud of you.

Watch your fingers because this episode is HOT. The Art Pros are MAD in this episode. We’re MAD because of all the fake organizations that treat equitable practice like it's a fad. We’re mad because we feel like some organizations' hiring practices feel like big virtue signaling energy. The Art Pros are all for justice, but when so many people who used to not care about inclusivity start to suddenly care, things get a little weird. We're here to set the record straight as great Allies to our BIPOC and Underrepresented people because our mission is to stand up for human rights even if it doesn't directly affect us, and not-uh, we aren't trying to virtue signal so if you criticize us, were gonna get really defensive so please don't, please?
This week the Art Pros podcast about Shady Non-Profits on #metoo, the lucrative Diversity Mercenary career path, weird old people who treat equitable hiring like its a game of Wokémon, updated 'how to find grants for artists,' the controversial name even worse than Satan McBadguy, and the 10 million dollar college diversity budget.
Finally, check out our friend Benjamin L.M.’s New virtual exhibit Roots of Innocence:

This week the art pros podcast about grant writing, and other ways to get paid. How come Grimes was able to get her record label; CRYSTAL MATH RECORDS, INC, a sweet grant of $90k from the Canadian Government? Believe it or not the Art pros have some experience writing grants that actually get artist projects PAID for, and in this episode we give our most common sense tips that may seem like DOY OF COURSE WHY DIDNT I THINK OF THAT, but you didn’t think of it and we did. We’re trying to get you FUNDED. Also we talk about some inventions and money-making ideas, like The LGBLT.
