The podcast featuring creative entrepreneurs in the Basel area, who share entrepreneurial and self-care tips, over the best cups of coffee in the best cafes!
Sometimes by finding the root cause of the rise of certain emotions and acknowledging it, the emotion/discomfort goes away -sometimes some deeper work is necessary. In this episode I give you a very personal example of what it could look like and how you can find out for yourself and/or if you need the help of a space holder, you can book a session with me here :)
Whether we are being part of them or we are listening to authentic conversations, there is a tremendous gift in them. That’s what lead me to start Elie’s Coffee Talks in the first place. I was having conversations with my girlfriends around a cup of coffee in the cutest cafés of Basel and felt like what we were sharing would resonate with so many others because in the end we tend to struggle with the same topics and when we share them from an observer’s perspective - meaning that we came down the roller-coaster of emotions already and can look at it from a slightly different perspective, in other words when we are not fully in the drama of it all anymore and know that there is something in there for us to understand more about ourselves - combined with a truly present/deep listening state on the other end, true magic happens for both parties and potentially a third one when it’s a podcast <3
