Nick joins us for the 3rd time to talk about content creation, plumbing, and the decline of action sports .Nick Parlet aka @plumbingsk8r . He is a lifelong skateboarder, operates his own plumbing business, is a content creator, and, most importantly, a father of two. Nick showed up and helped build Breaking Free Skatepark back in 2016 and has been a lifelong friend ever since. His efforts are something I will never forget, and our friendship is noteworthy. Nick and his son, Blake, can be seen in many old videos and vlogs on the BFS YouTube channel. It was awesome to catch up with him about his business and social media content creation. Nick is a hard worker, and that comes from his years of skateboarding. We have a lot to learn from his dedication. This is Nick's second appearance on BFS LIVE.

Phil De Mattia is a longtime friend of Breaking Free Skatepark. He did all the welding during the initial build-out back in 2016. Phil is an immigrant, a former pro BMX rider (for Mongoose and Kink), a metal fabricator, and a hyper-dedicated person. In this episode, we talk about building a new life, what BMX taught us both good and bad, and trying to maintain a healthy life both physically and mentally.
