Coaches Greg, Tim, Cappa and Clayto
In our first ever triathlon focused podcast, IRONMAN and T100 battled it out for the hearts, minds and attention of the triathlon community on the weekend. The well established albeit boosted IRONMAN Pro Series Geelong 70.3 taking on the inaugural T100 Gold Coast, in what seemingly appears to be two belter events with no clear winner.
We caught up with Koa Sports Professional Female Laura Gillard to talk about her stunning Top 10 result on debut, as well as review a great day of racing, and Greg provides insights, tips and feedback as to how the day unfolded but areas for improvement for the start up T100 series moving forward. #givingback
The box trifecta got up in Geelong, Greg had to share his bread serving with others and can we all agree the new airport scanners are slower than the old, what a world.

It’s time Koa gave back, and that’s what we are all about! A bumper weekend of racing across Australia see’s a huge contingent of athletes taking on the T100 on the Gold Coast, Geelong 70.3 and 2XU Melbourne. Never has there been a more athletes racing across a single day in triathlon history, spread far and wide, which is of course the perfect day to put the Grand Final on the GC.
