- 41 minutes 11 seconds22. Old Flames and Risk of Rain
Jimi and Nick are back from springtime excursions to hop on the Nostalgia Train as they re-visit Runescape on mobile and Capcom’s Dragon’s Dogma on Switch. They also get into the exponentially over the top and ridiculously fun Risk of Rain 2.

10 March 2019, 9:35 pm - 50 minutes 20 seconds17. Emily Koonce and Suburban Autonomy
This week we welcome the wonderful Emily Koonce to the show! Emily’s a BFA candidate in NYU’s game design program whose work meditates (she thinks, for the most part, at least right now) on autonomy and the lack thereof in everyday life. Emily, Jimi, and Nick talk about being bored in the suburbs, burning rice in Overcooked 2, and the amazing gift of a Wii with dozens of old games.
Intro music this week is by Nick, sponsor and closing music by the Greatest Artist of Our Generation, George Michael.

26 February 2019, 1:03 am - 40 minutes 22 seconds16. Bass Guitar, Philosophy, and Apex Legends
Jimi and Nick talk about the merging of bass guitar and philosophy this week (it’s even funkier than it sounds), in addition to discussing the twists and turns of freelance gigs. They’ve also been playing a lot of that hot new Apex Legends game so naturally they talk a lot about being really really really bad at it (and why that’s OK).
Music this week is by Nick! Great job Nick!

More importantly, this week our good friend Steven Goehrig joins the show. Steve’s an animator and game designer living here in Brooklyn; we discuss his trials and tribulations in bringing VR to NYU’s film department, the desire to make more digital friends in games, Steve's feelings about colors and Gris, and a bunch of other stuff. This is our longest show to date, and also the most well-attended. We plan to do more of these interview-style shows in the coming weeks, so look out for that!

28 January 2019, 4:21 am - 29 minutes 14 seconds13. This Was a While Ago
As you might've guessed, this episode was recorded about a month ago (12/16/18). That was last year! But it's here now and it's not like we ever talk about "relevant" games anyway so...
It’s been a long week which means we have a shorter episode this week. But that just means we packed our content into an even more succulent package!
Jimi finally published a museum. To be specific, The Hall of Available Samples, a downloadable exhibition of free 3D models from around the Internet.
On the games side things, lots of Smash Brothers has been happening, and with Nick’s recent purchase of a Switch, we go over some of the best games on the platform including Breath of the Wild and Celest.

19 January 2019, 11:44 pm - 40 minutes 57 seconds12. Mario Party Will End Your Family
People change, people make game, so are games changing? Or are we? These and other convoluted questions are asked and sometimes also answered on this weeks episode.
More to the point, Jimi and Nick talk about the Museum of the Moving Image’s exhibition on sports games, which was cool, but weird, but mostly cool. Jimi has a bit of an existential crisis about his taste in games (see above). Games discussed include Mario Party (which will literally tear you and your loved ones into raging monsters) and whats Remains of Edith Finch.
