The promises of God are available for everyone but it seems we often bypass them for the illusions of this world. Today I am going to list some of the promises from my Course in Miracle notes.
Often we will follow up with potential clients and if someone is not ready to make a move they are waiting for something. Sometimes it could be work related. Sometimes its world politics or economy related. It could be many things and here is what could the problem with waiting.
Its raining a lot the last 3 days in Minnesota and one of the best ways to see if the basement gets wet is to look at a home during a heavy Spring Rain. Another way is simple look at the real estate disclosures.
The market is very active now in much of the extended twin cities metro area. There still is limited inventory and multiple offers. When you go further out to Rural MN the market moves at a solid pace, but some of the higher price properties are sitting on the market.
On of the recent lessons on salvation there was a quick mention that my function here is to forgive the world for all the errors I have made and thus by doing that I am released from them with all the world. (The lesson is for all of us not just me) And I dont think that lesson is taught in a religious environment. Normally sin (error) is carried has this burden hat a spiritual being can pardon you from but you cannot pardon yourself.
One of the things that most buyers, sellers and realtors talk about is that you should get a pre approval for a loan before looking at homes. However, there are times when buyers want to look without pre approvals. The annoying situations is when buyers know they cant be approved for a while but still try to get showings on properties.
I think most people would agree with the one at the top of me list. Realtors not getting back to you. As a Realtor I do follow up with buyers, sellers and agents often. I suppose there are times I forget to follow up with someone unintentionally. This mention pertains to no follow up after several attempts.
I mentioned separation from time to time when doing these videos so today I am going to talk in more detail about what that means compared to your one self.

God, being Love, is also happiness. Last time I talked about the undoing of the not real. We also need to undo not being loving and not being happy. We need to remember we are created in His image which is Love...which also is happiness! In this message what is interesting when I was talking about a slight struggle I deal with the internet was freezing so it was blurry...trying to blurry out the non happy part of my message.
Selling for sale by owner is something sellers from time to time explore. Over the years through other statistics and some of my own tracking the actual numbers for saving money rarely actually NETs the sellers more money. Now it will even make less sense for sellers to sell for sale by owner going forward.
