Just a quick update on where Sheri is at, literally and mentally. Also, Sheri has a new series starting in May she talks about.
Despite the popular notion that humor is inappropriate during difficult times, humor and laughter can actually help us cope with tough losses. Sheri talks with her sister Tammy and nieces Giselle and Danelle about the humor they found while grieving the death of their mother and grandmother and how it help them get through a difficult time.
When the caregiving ends, now what? Sheri talks about how surprised she was over the confusion and void she felt when her care for her mom ended. Also, she talks about how her mammogram needed more testing.

Like most Americans, Sheri was horrified at the death of 19 children and 2 adults at an Elementary school in Uvalde, Texas. Sheri decided it was enough, tired of all this gun violence and the politics that allow it, she felt it was time for a little common sense Sherapy. And she doesn't hold back.
In this episode, Sheri welcomes her cousin Debbie as a guest. Sheri talks about her mom's health scare that led to her to be taken to the ER and ultimately admitted into the hospital. And it's an unbelievable story. What's it like to be in an overcrowded hospital if you don't have covid? It's crazy and dangerous.
California is in the middle of some drama. The governor is up for recall on September 14, 2021. Also, there's some talk about how some ballots are too easy to deface thus making them null and void. Sheri has some thoughts on this recall and she tells the truth about what she discovers with her ballot. Is it really that easy for someone to change your yes or no vote after it's been mailed?
Why is it so hard to ask for help? Sheri looks into some of the reasons and has some helpful hints on how to make asking for help easier.
