Welcome back to another episode of Young and In Charge!  I’m exited to be back and bringing you new content, FINALLY! On this episode, I sit down with my friend Matthew Moehring to discuss his journey since graduating from the University of Delaware.
After meeting in college due to an organized extracurricular conference in New Orleans, Matt has consistently been a friend whom I’ve always enjoyed sharing management battle ground stories with and never fails to make me laugh.Â
If you enjoy a good employee call out story, you’re definitely going to get a kick out of this varying conversation with Matthew Moehring.Â
On this episode of Young and In Charge, it is my pleasure to bring to you Anthony Calabrese who currently serves as a Sales District Leader for PepsiCo. Anthony has been with PepsiCo since completing an internship with the organization in between his junior and senior year in college and the rest is history.
Anthony and I discuss his journey since graduating from the University of Delaware, the benefits of working alongside your team, loyalty to your organization and much, much more.
Enjoy team!
On this episode of Young and In Charge, I am excited to introduce Chef Anthony Hoang, currently the sous chef for Carlyle, a Great American Restaurant located in Arlington, VA. Anthony and I discuss some of the many challenges that go along with being in management including owning up to failure and not giving our best, demonstrating that you genuinely care even when you are busy, and how to utilize your previous experience in an effective way to match your current organization’s culture. Anthony also has a BIG announcement for our team!
We hope you enjoy the show!
“ There are three things you need to give to [employees], you have to show them what you1 are looking for, teach them how to get there and give them the tools to do so.”
On this very first mini-sode of Young and In Charge, I take over the guest seat in order to bring you a trick that I use any time I begin to feel like all I do is work.
This feeling can bubble up easily when you are attempting to lead with your team’s well-being in mind. We want to take care of everything in the office by being reliable and available but we must evaluate our time to take care of our own well-being as well.
I hope this episode proves to be helpful and that you find that one, key takeaway!Â
Listen in on the very first episode of Young and In Charge where I interview our guest, Anne Truono. Â Anne is currently the Assistant Clubhouse Manager for Vicmead Hunt Club in Wilmington, DE and also happens to be my best friend.
Get ready for a wide ranging conversation about our training programs, getting through the tough days in management, incentive programs and much, much more! Â We hope you enjoy!
