    Episode 003: Being Full-Time
    https://youngandinchargeclub.files.wordpress.com/2018/12/Episode-003-Being-full-time-edited-122718-8.46-AM.mp3

On this very first mini-sode of Young and In Charge, I take over the guest seat in order to bring you a trick that I use any time I begin to feel like all I do is work.

This feeling can bubble up easily when you are attempting to lead with your team’s well-being in mind. We want to take care of everything in the office by being reliable and available but we must evaluate our time to take care of our own well-being as well.

I hope this episode proves to be helpful and that you find that one, key takeaway!
