Is the Juggle Really the Problem… or Is It Misalignment?

In today’s episode, I’m sharing a super real, unfiltered conversation about alignment and why it’s not always about ease, flow, or an empty calendar.

I’m in a season of life where my plate is very full: I’m a toddler mom, pregnant with baby #2, supporting my husband’s fast-growing startup, and building a brand new real estate business. And yet… I feel more energized, less scattered, and more like myself than I have in a long time.

In this episode, I talk about:

    • Why alignment is more about fit than ease
    • How adding something new can actually regulate your nervous system
    • Why the juggle isn’t always the problem — sometimes misalignment is
    • Letting go of who you thought you were supposed to be
    • Why structure can feel surprisingly energizing
    • Trusting that you don’t need to pre-solve the “how” before saying yes
    • Learning to tell the difference between what feels heavy because it’s wrong vs. unfamiliar
    • Giving yourself permission to evolve — even if it doesn’t match an old version of you

This isn’t a strategy episode. It’s a heart-to-heart. And if you’re in a season where you’re craving something new but feel scared to add to your plate… this one is for you.

    Mentioned in this episode:

    • My children’s book available on Amazon, "The Big Oops"

That’s THEIR Story, Not YOURS; All about Projections vs. Personal Truth

In today’s episode, we dive into a topic that EVERY single one of us experiences; projections… aka the sneaky stories that other people hand to us about who we are, what we’re capable of, and what our life should look like.

Most of us don’t struggle because of lack of ability… we struggle because of the stories we accidentally accepted as fact somewhere along the way. Maybe from parents, teachers, doctors, mentors, bosses, friends or random strangers on the internet.

If you’ve ever been told you’re “too emotional,” “not ready,” “not practical,” “too ambitious,” “too much,” “not enough,” “bad with money,” or that motherhood will “slow you down”… this episode is going to hit home.

Because your mom’s fears aren’t your destiny.
Your boss’s limitations aren’t your blueprint.
And your friends’ comfort zones aren’t your calling.

Future YOU is not living inside other people’s projection, she's living inside your truth.

I want that for you so badly… and I’m rooting SO hard for her.

The Permission Slip You Didn’t Know You Needed

This episode is a fiery pep talk about something we rarely talk about but desperately need: permission. Not strategy, not logistics but the internal green light we have to give ourselves before any clarity or action can happen.

I'm breaking down the permission slips so many women are withholding from themselves  like permission to be human, want things, receive support, go after it, evolve, and speak truth — and why giving yourself permission FIRST is the prerequisite to any change or goal.

Whether you’re pivoting, starting, restarting, or just trying to figure out what you want this year… this one's for you.

Future-You Has Got This: A Pep Talk for Anxiety & Overthinking

If you’ve been overthinking, or if you have anxiety spiraling about things a future version of you will one day handle, this episode will feel like  a big exhale. Today we’re talking about anxiety, uncertainty, and the wild ride of entering a new season when there are way more question marks than answers.

Power Questions to Save: “Do I have enough information to solve this problem?” “Is future me more equipped than present me?” (Spoiler: yes.) “Am I mentally living in a moment I’m not actually in yet?”

    If you’re currently…

    • Waiting on clarity
    • Sitting in the unknown
    • Starting something new
    • Overthinking timelines
    • Trying to juggle the juggle

…this is your reminder that you can handle hard things, you’re resourceful AF, and future-you is going to crush it.

Are You CHOOSING… or Trying to PROVE Something?

In this episode, we’re talking about something that’s been heavy on my heart lately the difference between proving energy and choosing energy.

So many of us (especially ambitious women) move through life trying to prove:

    • that we’re capable
    • that we’re worthy
    • that we’re good moms
    • that we made the “right” career choices

But proving is exhausting… and honestly, it can keep us stuck.

What if this season of your life didn’t have to be about proving anything to anyone — and instead, it could be about choosing from desire, alignment, and self-trust?

This is a real, honest, walk-and-talk style conversation — the kind you’d have with a friend on a long walk or over coffee.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, conflicted, or caught in people-pleasing loops… this one’s for you.

    Reflection question to sit with:
What would you do if nobody was clapping for you?

Blissfully Dissatisfied: Holding Gratitude and Ambition at the Same Damn Time

What if you didn’t have to choose between being grateful and wanting more?

In this solo episode, I’m breaking down the concept of blissful dissatisfaction—the art of loving your life while still being hungry for growth. I’m sharing why falling in love with the process matters more than the outcome, how to stop comparing yourself to past versions of you, and why discomfort is often a sign you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be.

Whether you’re entering a new season, starting over in your career, navigating motherhood, or chasing a big vision that feels far away, this episode is meant to help you reframe the journey and feel proud of yourself along the way.

🎙️ How to Rebuild Momentum Without Burning Yourself the F Out

If you’re an ambitious go-getter who’s feeling that end-of-year / new-year hype (or coming back from a pause, pivot, or “wait… what am I even doing?” season)… this episode is for you.

Because momentum is powerful — but going from 0 to 100 is the fastest way to burn out, hate your goals, and want to burn it all down.

In this episode, I’m sharing how I’m personally ramping things up right now (while finishing my first trimester, parenting a toddler, switching career paths, studying for my real estate exam, building a property from the ground up, and bringing the podcast back
) — and how you can build momentum in a way that still lets you feel grounded, present, and like you’re actually on your own team.

In this episode, we talk about:

    • Why direction matters more than speed (and why 0 → 100 backfires)
    • How to set goals based on your actual season of life
    • Why your pace might need to change — and that doesn’t mean you’re failing
    • The power of choosing a 30–60 day main focus (instead of 12 goals at once)
    • Deciding what you’re not doing right now (so you don’t drop yourself)
    • Using energy as the metric vs motivation — “does this expand me or drain me?”
    • How to make your goals more fun so you’ll actually stay consistent
    • Why white space isn’t laziness — it’s strategy
    • The reminder you need: you’re not starting from scratch… you’re starting from experience

If this hit, DM me your 2026 goals — I love hearing what you’re excited about and I’m rooting for you big time.

[PART 2] You’re Not Stuck — You’re Evolving: How to Trust Yourself Through Change

If Part 1 was the plot twist, this episode is the clarity.

In Part 2, I’m getting more tactical about what the last year taught me about slowing down, feeling confused, quitting things that no longer fit, and learning how to actually trust myself through change.

If you’ve been feeling restless, unsure, or like something in your life needs to shift — this episode is for you. I’m sharing the realizations that helped me recalibrate during a season of pivots and growth, and why feeling “stuck” is often a sign that you’re evolving.

In this episode, we talk about:

    • Why you can’t recalibrate while you’re sprinting
    • How productivity gets tangled up with self-worth
    • Why confusion isn’t a red flag
    • How trying things creates clarity
    • Why quitting can be self-trust in motion

This episode is an invitation to pause, take inventory, and give yourself permission to evolve — even if you don’t have all the answers yet.

Weekly episodes are officially back, and I’m so excited to be here with you.

[PART 1] I’M BACKKK! A Plot Twist & Permission to Change Your Damn Mind

I'm back — and this episode is the plot twist no one saw coming (including me) lol.

In Part 1 of this two-part comeback episode, I'm sharing the full, unfiltered story behind my six-month break from this show, the pivots I didn’t expect to make, and why changing your mind might actually be the most aligned move you can make.

From closing a podcast after 6.5 years… to swinging into full-time mom mode… to starting a new show, shutting it down, and finding myself right back where it all began with more EXCITEMENT than I could have imagined—I'm taking you behind the scenes of grief, growth, identity shifts, and a major life update I've been SO excited to share.

This episode is a permission slip to stop forcing yourself into boxes, release the sunk-cost guilt, and trust that you’re allowed to evolve — even if it looks messy.

If you’ve ever felt confused, restless, or pulled in a new direction… This episode is your reminder that you’re not behind — you’re evolving.

Part 2 drops next Monday, where I get more tactical about taking breaks, recalibrating, and how to know when it’s time to pivot (again).

Share this episode, tag it on your stories or DM me if you're excited about empowerHER being back — because this next era is just getting started & I cannot WAIT!!

When You're In the Middle of a Messy, Beautiful Rebuild (and Learning to Trust Yourself Again)

This one's for the woman who's rebuilding. Who’s questioning who she is now that life looks different — whether it’s in business, motherhood, her body, or her heart. In this raw solo episode, I’m peeling back the curtain on what I’m currently navigating and what I’m learning about letting go, trusting myself again, and creating alignment in real-time. If you’re in a season of ‘in-between,’ I hope this makes you feel a little more seen — and a whole lot more powerful.
