There is no denying that Eli Tomac is the baddest dude to have ever ridden a dirt bike at Daytona International Speedway. ET3 earned his record-breaking eighth win at last weekend's Daytona Supercross, and he is now the winningest rider at the World Center of Racing in any form of motorsports. And while much fuss was made of him busting part of his front tooth off when the base of his trophy broke off and sent the brass rider smashing into his mouth, the big story is that the Red Bull KTM rider now has four wins on the season and has closed within a single point of his championship rival Hunter Lawrence. We talk about everything Daytona, in this week's Kickstart Podcast race review!

Dubach Racing Development has been around since the beginning of the four-stroke revolution in motocross, as founder Doug Dubach has likely spent more time in the saddle of a four-stroke motocross bike than anyone else, factory racer or otherwise. As the lead R&D rider for the Yamaha YZ400F, YZ426F, and YZ450F, Dubach has a keen insight as to what makes a thumper really perform, and he used that knowledge to launch DRD, a brand that we know well. Jehan Tetangco started as one of Dubach's employees, using his experience and expertise gained in automotive exhaust, and has been with the Doctor from the start. These days, Doug has "retired" into a not-so-quiet life, and Tetangco is now the owner of Dubach Racing Development. We relived some great memories with Jehan and got the scoop on how the transition went down in this fun episode of the 6D Helmets Midweek Podcast. Enjoy!
Round seven of the 2026 Monster Energy Supermotocross World Championship went off last weekend in Arlington, Texas' AT&T Stadium, and just as every other race this year has, the action kept us on the edge of our seats! From Hunter Lawrence's inevitable first 450 Supercross win, to the talent-laden Eastern Division series kickoff that saw the triumphant returns of Pierce Brown and Jo Shimoda, there was plenty to go over on this week's Kickstart Podcast, presented by Maxxis Tires and Outhouse Coffee Co.

Man, what a race! Heading into the Seattle Supercross, the weather forecast looked grim, the Seattle Seahawks Super Bowl victory parade was getting in the way, and all in all, we were fearing the worst. What unfolded inside Lumen Field, though, was one of the best races of the year - in both classes - and we were all treated to some amazing action at round six of the 2026 Monster Energy Supermotocross World Championship!

Last weekend's Glendale Supercross at State Farm Arena was epic! Ken Roczen became the fourth 450 winner in five rounds, Hunter Lawrence took over the championship points lead, Jorge Prado earned the pole position as quickest qualifier, Haiden Deegan earned his fourth win of the year, and more! We go over all of it in this week's Kickstart Podcast by Maxxis and Outhouse Coffee Co.

Wow, what a race the 2026 Houston Supercross was! The Triple Crown format always yields some intense racing, but last weekend's race took the cake, with the overall winner in the premier 450 division not being decided until the very end! Of course, we all know that defending Supercross Champion Cooper Webb used consistency to earn his first win of the season, doing so without winning any of the three main events. At the same time, Ken Roczen, Hunter Lawrence, and Eli Tomac each lit the candles. The 250 Western Division, in contrast, was a statement from defending champion Haiden Deegan, who handily won all three main events and notched his third consecutive win. Levi Kitchen and Cameron McAdoo rounded out the podium. We cover all of this, and more, on this week's show!

When Bryar Holcomb was a winning professional racer (heck, he won the 1972 Los Angeles Supercross on a 500!), his father encouraged him to walk away from racing and go to college with a more stable career in mind. And guess what? That's exactly what Bryar did! Holcomb went to college, got a degree in marketing, and landed a job selling ads at a motorcycle magazine before launching a couple of businesses and going on to make a wonderful living in the motorcycle industry. "Wherever you are in life, just try hard," said Holcomb. "Remember to be a good person and be thankful for the good things in life."

Well, the Southern California leg of the 2026 Supermotocross World Championship has come to a close, and the Anaheim Two Supercross was packed with action on the track, in the stands, and back in the pits! For as exciting as the Anaheim One season kickoff was, round two inside San Diego's Snapdragon Stadium was 10 times more thrilling. From the three-way battle for the 450 win to Chase Sexton's last-to-fourth jaunt through the field, and from Haiden Deegan's authoritative pass on teammate Max Anstie for the 250 win to Levi Kitchen's last-to-fourth comeback...there was a lot to talk about on this week's Kickstart Podcast by Maxxis and Outhouse Coffee Co.!

We were driving through Menifee, California, yesterday, and passed by Jeremy McGrath's race shop - which also used to be home to SML - and saw that MC was out front working on his Kawasaki KRX UTV. We pulled in to say hello, and thought it would be a great opportunity to catch up with McGrath and see what he's been up to! Of course, we also reminisced about some good old times, plus did some bench racing about last weekend's Anaheim One Supercross! Enjoy!

Last Saturday night, Eli Tomac earned the 54th 450 Supercross win of his career at Angels Stadium and made it 12 seasons straight that he has won at the highest level of the sport. "Wow, that makes me feel pretty ancient," he joked. "But winning Anaheim One is the big one - it's our Indy 500, right?" ET3 joined us for this installment of the 6D Helmets Midweek Podcast to talk about the WSX rounds, pre-season testing, what it's like to work with Roger DeCoster, and lots more. To hear him say that he gets stoked to pull up to the track and see his new KTM is just plain cool...enjoy!
