    FOR THE LOVE OF POLITICS, WE ALL NEED TO CALM DOWN! In all seriousness, having anxiety about the upcoming US Election is common. Fear is a normal reaction, especially with the evidence of the past. But...and it's a big BUT: we have no idea what is going to happen. NONE. So worrying about the what-ifs, and making up stories about what could happen whether your party wins or not, doesn't do anything but harm our mental (and even physical) health. And understanding that the 'game' part of politics are based in psychology - specifically designed to rile up the masses, is going to help you put things in perspective. We are with you, we see you, and we are feeling it too. Let's all take a deep breath together, and take a step back and be present...we are ok.
