This week we spoke with Radhika Nath, candidate for Denver School Board Disctrict 1. We discussed charter schools, funding, and oversight in the Denver Public School system. She brings to light the view of a concerned parent dealing with DPS and how she hopes to make changes for the better.

This week we met with Professor Nader Hashemi, the Director of the Center for Middle East Studies and an Assistant Professor of Middle East and Islamic Politics at the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver; Ismail Akbulut President of Multicultural Mosaic Foundation; and Obeid Kaifo Member of the Syrian American Council. We discussed the recent actions by Turkey in their assault on Syria, how it affects the region, and the world at large.
