We touch on so many things in this episode. We talk about becoming teachers, the education system, life of an entrepreneur, and how much work it actually takes. In the end, if you are willing to make sacrifices, work, and be patient you will find success.
In this episode I am excited to speak with Sarah Takahashi, the founder of TAKI FIT, an amazing basketball program in Hawaii. You've seen the videos! Now get to know a little more about the program itself. I was inspired by Sarah's core beliefs and what she is trying to do with the young athletes.
In this episode I sit down with Katerina Karali, a Freestyler from Greece. We talk about how much of a passion freestyle is to her and how she is helping spread the sport throughout Greece. As one of the female pioneers in the sport she is starting to work with other young women in Greece. She is using her experience in freestyle to navigate her future, taking from the lessons of all of her hard work and applying that to life.
-
Freestyle is one of the most humbling sports I have experienced. There is no other sport that teaches you about failure and success more than freestyle. Katerina has done such an amazing job wrapping her head around this concept that she will be able to use that in her future.
