- 22 minutes 39 secondsThe thing about working 8 hours - Episode 8
When I started working from home, it meant less time commuting, more time for the people I love, and a lot of me-time.
Turns out like most people I spoke to instead of spare time, I had more office hours.
I was at my desk almost 12 hours a day, 6 days a week, but productivity-wise, it was similar to what it was at the office?

Shouldn't it be better, I mean I spent more time working! shouldn't more get done?
In this episode, I try to answer these questions and try to answers how I am trying to escape this cycle.

In this podcast we talk about the only thing that does.

Has this been the case with you?
In this episode I try to figure out why we don't go through with our new years resolutions and what can we do about it.
