Carlo Bos is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a Co-Active Professional Certified Coach (CPCC), and is on the faculty of the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI). In this capacity, Carlo currently leads open-enrolment and large organizational coach training programs, as well as CTI’s 10-month, transformational Leadership Program.

Carlo has dedicated his last 20 years to working with leaders and teams who want to powerfully and joyfully step into the responsibility and potential of uncompromising, relational leadership.

As a member of CTI’s Coach Training and Leadership faculty, he draws on a diverse background of experience in life and work, having worked in multi-nationals, boutique consulting firms, hospitality, as an entrepreneur, and most recently as the Co-CEO of CTI from 2018-2023. His background also includes degrees in Economics and Education (Psychology)  

Carlo loves working with clients who are longing to push the limits on what it means to lead with the four P’s at the heart of their legacy: Purpose, People, Planet and Profit.  He is currently exploring the relationship between nature-based soul work and leading complex organizational systems which rely on the natural world to stay vibrant (which is all businesses).

Admiral Joseph Prueher completed thirty-five years in the United States Navy in 1999.  His last command was Commander-in-Chief of the U.S. Pacific Command (CINCPAC); the largest military command in the world. 

 He then served two Presidents as Ambassador to the People’s Republic of China from 1999 to 2001.  

Admiral Prueher is the former James R. Schlesinger Distinguished Professor at the Miller Center of the University of Virginia, as well as Senior Advisor to the Stanford-Harvard Preventive Defense Project, working on dialogue for US-China security matters.  

He is a former Director of Merrill Lynch, Bank of America, New York Life, DynCorp International, Armada Hoffler, Amerigroup Corporation, Emerson Electric, and Fluor Corporation.   

 A member of The Council on Foreign Relations, he is also Vice Chairman of the National Committee on U.S.- China Relations. 

He is a member of and supports several regional foundations in the Hampton roads area.   

From 1989 through 1995, Admiral Prueher served as Commandant at the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis; Commander of Carrier Battle Group ONE based in San Diego; Commander of the U.S. Mediterranean Sixth Fleet and of NATO Striking Forces based in Italy; and as Vice Chief of Naval Operations in the Pentagon. 

Foremost a carrier based attack pilot for his first 24 years of service, he also spent three years as a Navy Test Pilot at Patuxent River, MD.  He has extensive flight and combat experience, with over 5600 flight hours and over 1000 carrier landings.  He was qualified in 52 types of aircraft, held numerous senior operational commands, including two carrier air wings, and led the formation of the Naval Strike Warfare Center in Fallon, NV. 

From Nashville, TN, Admiral Prueher graduated from Montgomery Bell Academy, and then graduated with distinction in 1964 from the U.S. Naval Academy, later receiving an M.S. in International Relations from George Washington University.    

Admiral Prueher has received multiple military awards for combat flying as well as naval and Joint Service.  The governments of Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Korea, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Australia have formally honored him with induction into their highest military Orders.  

Suzanne, his wife of 54 years, and he reside in Virginia Beach, VA, where they are active members of the First Presbyterian Church. Their daughter, Brooks, an urban planner, lives with her husband, Owen Barwell, and their three children, in Evergreen, CO.  Their son, Joshua is CEO of xgsEnergy.  He and his wife Kate, live and work in Los Angeles, CA. 

Zoey Zheng is China’s youngest Professional Certified Coach with the PCC certification from the international coaching federation.

Zoey is currently based in Mountain View, California, where she continues her journey as a storytelling coach and a body-mind-soul influencer. She has over 100,000 followers in social media and has achieved 124k views on her body-mind-soul podcast – One Hundred Ways to Evolution.

At China’s top business school, Zoey led five entrepreneurship programs for over 200 CEOs from Series A startups to public companies. At Bytedance, Zoey led the TikTok E-Commerce Learning Center to help companies sell their products at TikTok, achieving a remarkable 3 billion media views and drew 20,000 companies into the TikTok E-Commerce ecosystem. Dr. Charles Herring is the recent recipient of the Pennsylvania School Boards Association’s Innovative School Leader of the Year Award that recognizes his leadership in building innovative programs for leading or building a school district in the 21st century.

Dr. Herring is currently the Director of Equity and Inclusion at South Fayette School District in McDonald, PA. He has been in the field of education for more than twenty five years.

He is creative – having created America’s first Hip-Hop Superhero – GRAMMAR MAN – an educational program that uses rap music and storytelling as tools to teach students the parts of speech.

He has traveled the country to speak for organizations on the topic of educational needs in our society and has been a TEDx speaker where his topic was From 2.3 to D.O.C.: Mentors, Mantras and Hip-Hop.

Vice Admiral Sean Buck recently retired as the 63rd Superintendent of the United States Naval Academy.

Admiral Buck is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and received his commission in 1983. He was designated a naval flight officer in 1985.

Flying the P-3C Orion, Buck’s early at-sea operational tours were with the “Fighting Marlins” of Patrol Squadron (VP) 40; a disassociated sea tour aboard USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) as the catapult and arresting gear division officer; and a department head tour with the “Tridents” of VP-26. He subsequently commanded VP-26 and Patrol and Reconnaissance Wing 11.

As a flag officer, Admiral Buck served in many senior capacities in the Navy’s Patrol and Reconnaissance Force culminating in his role as Commander of the U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command/U.S. 4th fleet.

Admiral Buck was appointed the 63rd Superintendent of the U.S. Naval Academy on July 26, 2019 where he served until his retirement.

Imagine creating one of the most sophisticated instruments ever conceived, building it, and then successfully placing it one million miles from earth. Bill has “been there – done that.”

Bill has 40 years of experience in the aerospace industry. He has worked in both private industry and for NASA and is currently the Project Manager for the successful James Webb Space Telescope.

Bill received a B.S.E.E and M.S.E.E from Fairleigh Dickinson University and Masters in Operations Research from George Washington University. He began his career in 1979 with the Bendix Guidance Systems Division in Teterboro, N.J. as an electronics/software engineer, developing the flight software for the Hubble Space Telescope safing system.

In 1983, Bill transferred to Goddard Space Flight Center as a systems engineer for HST operations. In 1990, Bill joined NASA as the HST Operations Observatory Systems Manager. Bill has also served as the HST Deputy Operations Manager and the HST Operations Servicing Mission Manager.

In 1998, Bill became the Project Manager for the Solar Radiation and Climate Experiment (SORCE) which was successfully launched in January of 2003. After SORCE, he was appointed the Project Manager for Landsat-8 and led the project through controversial period of various mission concepts from Data Buy, flying an instrument on a weather satellite, to the final mission implementation.

In December 2010, Bill was appointed the JWST Project Manager.

Bill has been the recipient of the NASA Exceptional Achievement Medal, the Space Flight Awareness Honoree Award, various NASA Group Awards, NASA Honor Award for Outstanding Leadership Medal, and most recently the Robert H. Goddard Award for Outstanding Leadership.
