    College, Callings and Compression Socks
On this week's episode I am joined by my brilliant and talented friend, @Kristinmanna. Kristin is a comic, writer, drink slinger, pinball pro, and one of the loveliest souls out there! On this episode we discuss how we both recently made the decision to go back to college and pursue our dreams "later in life". We also dive into the copious amount of self-doubt that comes with deciding to do what you want, how turning off that self-doubt creates space for success, and the importance of prioritizing happiness and quality of life over money. We also debunk the idea that doing something in your 30's is late in life! LIFE DOES NOT END IN YOUR 20's!!!! IT IS NEVER TOO LATE TO CHANGE YOUR PATH, LEARN SOMETHING NEW OR PURSUE YOUR DREAMS! Coping With a Miscarriage
Join me and this week's guest for an episode that I am real stinking nervous to share! Guest Jen Kimmelman is a licensed marriage and family therapist based out of NYC. This week we dive into something that I have kept very personal which is that a year ago I had a miscarriage. I share my personal experience and Jen sheds a professional light on how to deal with loss, grief, boundaries, and how everyone has their own healing process and coping mechanisms. Additionally we talk about how you can show up for people in your life who are going through any kind of loss, not just pregnancy loss. Join me for this week's episode with comedian, personal trainer, and host of Happy Never After Podcast and Muscle Spasms, MARA MAREK! Yes she seriously does all of that, and no, I am not sure when or if she sleeps. Mara is one of the craziest, funniest and most accomplished people I have had the pleasure of calling a friend. I Can't Breathe
This week's episode is a little different from what you may be used to. We are taking a break from the topic of secrets to make space for a much larger conversation. In response to the violent and tragic deaths of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and so many other innocent lives, I sit down with four Black friends of mine who were willing to share some of their thoughts and experiences surrounding racism in America. The intent of this episode is not for educational purposes, but rather to create a safe space for my guests to share their voice, which has always been and will remain the vision for this podcast. The episode has been edited in a way that removes my dialogue almost entirely because let's face it, there is enough white noise, constantly.
