    Ep 401 - Trainpiercer

It's a lively one this week, complete with raspberry slander and conflicting views on artificial watermelon flavoring. Yack is back, and he's got a sack full... of Korean movie reviews. Things literally turn to sh*t when the guys discuss the Hyrox Beijing mess that continues to grow hair. They pivot hard to discuss their upcoming Richmond running plans and what they can expect come race day. With muted expectations, the Iceman and AJ recap their Puto get together from Week 1 of the NFL season. And they round out the episode lamenting the renders of the Commanders' new stadium and the waning days of their tailgate tradition. Seems like they discussed a lot but not really.

    Ep 400 - Fold 2 Duo 2

Iceman goes dry after a VERY wet weekend at the beach. The timing certainly couldn't be better, as his temporary sobriety lands on the day of the iPhone Duo debut, and our resident techie has all the thoughts. Meanwhile, Ace-J seeks professional help with his balls...his golf balls that is. And to say it was an up-and-down experience would be an understatement. The golfathon continues as the guys pour one out for the LIV golf tour (again) while toasting the newest TaylorMade athlete with a VERY familiar last name. They close it out with an almost-too-late-but-still-kinda-timely review of OBSESSION, currently wreaking havoc on eyeballs and relationships through the Peacock app. Listen intently but keep the lights on... for our sake.

Ep 399 - The Ball Room

Ace-J and the Iceman join forces to clear some space on the latter’s liquor shelf and well… it kinda popped off from there. After teasing a major detour last week, the Iceman finally comes to a decision on the Richmond 8K… and the answer might surprise you. The boys ponder the uncertain future of DC’s most beloved golf course before debating the value of a good ball fitting. Regardless of how you feel about that, we can all agree: Scottie’s a fraud, cell phone companies lie, and Tom Cruise is still a thrill-seeking maniac. Have a listen while kickboxing a Lexus.

    Ep 398 - Soft Layoff

The boys reconvene with a bonafide LOCAL CELEBRITY… in Yogging Yack. He pulls the curtain back on his recent profile on Business Insider while the other guys try not to fanboy excessively. Iceman test drives the much ballyhooed Starlink system, and the results might surprise you. (Or not… he’s pretty biased.) Of course, all of that pales in comparison to the Good Good Golf/ Callaway calamity that continues to roil the golf world. The boys deliver a full blow-by-blow on what might be the biggest sports marketing blunder in recent memory… and possibly ever. Elsewhere… the Iceman is ditching Richmond, the X-Men cast is sus, and the Reaper keeps taking the wrong ones. Listen here and THEN resume listening to Jolene on repeat.

    Ep 397 - Caesar Snob

The gang is back together so you know what that means: caesar dressing and lots of it. The boys taste test McDonald's Caesar-centric menu, and the results are middling AT BEST. Fortunately, Yack has enough beach tales to cleanse all of our palates. He regales us with a recap of his trip to the DIRTY SOUF, complete with the obligatory (and contentious) trip to Buc-ees and an unexpectedly pleasant Paula Deen-tinged experience. He also belatedly shares his review of Spider-Man Brand New Day, which leads the boys to ponder just how many rounds of Tom Holland's crossfit workout they can pull off without puking. Also of note: The Bills' building sucks, the Lakers are a private equity front, and there really is only one Ace-J. Tune in before this turns into a full time "Blood In Blood out" podcast.

    Ep 396 - CHON CHON

The boys are back with a Chicago deep-dish-sized recap of their week in the Windy City, complete with all the toppings. There's golf course debauchery, glizzies, expired liquor, OVERSIZED liquor, Michelin star gluttony, and more. Oddly enough, all of that is nearly eclipsed when Ace-J exposes the boys to the BIBO Cinematic Universe. We're not saying the Iceman is planning to trade in his Tesla for a lowrider... but we're not NOT saying that either. Speaking of movies, if you thought a little trip to the Midway would keep the boys from seeing the biggest movie on earth, you'd be sorely mistaken. And if you're among the eight people who haven't seen Spider-Man Brand New Day, consider this your warning: THERE WILL BE SPOILERS... possibly even a few tears shed. That's right, give it up... and have a listen, carnal.

    Ep 395 - Morph Le

AJ returns from the Big D with a harsh lesson about living that truck life. The Iceman has big time donut beef (if that’s even a thing). The boys plot their summer time misadventures in the Windy City before turning their collective attention to the Avengers Doomsday trailer. Speaking of the MCU, the guys are still all in on X-Men ’97, as they navigate all the chaos of season 2 thus far (to include what sounds like a Wakandan Apocalypse). They close the show with a flurry, tackling the WSOP’s return to ESPN, the World Cup’s exit, the NBA’s complete upheaval, and Will Farrell’s plan to take over R&B music.

    Ep 394 - ULTRAAAA

Another quickie but a goodie. AJ’s choosing a new phone carrier, you can tell by the way he’s two-stepping around the (show)room. Yack is still mourning the loss of his MK cabinet but could a KILLER replacement be en route? Iceman can’t negotiate his way out of a wet paper bag. The boys still can’t get over how off the vibes were with the US soccer team… but hey, at least there’s new X-Men eps, amirite?

    Ep 393 - Money Pit

It's an action packed hour to say the least. The guys let the pyro smoke clear and put America's 250th birthday firmly in the rearview. Iceman tries to distract himself from all the Taylor Swift news by spending his days at the movies... unfortunately, the quality of those movies leave something to be desired. Not to be outdone, Yogging Yack shares some sad (and soggy) news regarding a certain piece of show lore. Seriously, if you're a fan of video games, this story's not for the faint of heart. You've been warned.

    Ep 392 - Pace Panda

A brief delay does not keep the hijinks away. The boys have World Cup fever (sort of), as they lament Korea’s downfall, while livereacting to TEAMAMERICAFKYEAH as they try to shock the world. Between all the on-field running, the guys recap their own bit of running, as they pounded the pavement in DC for the PUSO 10k for a second year in a row. AJ comes to grips with the fact that he won’t be the only AJ in DC (at least for a few years). Polymarket is a sham, fried apple pies rule, and we’re never getting GTA6 (at least not physically). Plug in, tune out, and viva Mexico.

    Ep 391 - ARCHERY SHOW

The boys recap three very different, very action-packed weekends. Yack kicks things off, as he dons a new hat: archery stage dad. He details a very educational day as a curious observer/equipment stand. Just a few miles up the road, the Iceman might’ve had an even taller task, as he was pressed into service as Troop Leader… for a day… for his local girl scout troop…sort of. (Don’t worry too much, he had plenty of refreshments.) And even further up the road, AJ was trying to turn back the clock one more time at the Vans Warped Tour. But unlike last year’s solo trek, he had backup this time around. Would that backup help him avoid over-consumption and a possible head injury? Listen to find out… but regardless, be a dear and send some magnesium, these boys really need it these days.
