Season 2: Episode 12 Krystin Ross
“You wake up, grab your phone, grab a coffee, hurriedly throw yourself together for a work day meeting; and for the rest of the day you spend catching up on to-do lists, goals, and the next tv show. But your body is aching to come home to itself.” It's Mental Health Awareness Month and we are kicking it off by speaking with our favorite sex coach, Krystin Ross. Having great sex often, just like exercise, is linked to lower rates of depression and increases our chances of feeling fulfilled and happy in life. Our bodies and the feelings we carry are directly linked to our minds and thus affect our overall mental health. Krystin helps individuals and couples embrace their sexual nature and learn ways to feel empowered in the bedroom. In today’s episode, she shares some strategies and fun ways to spice things up and embrace our sexuality. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/pencilskirtsociety/support
