What is timeline therapy? Timeline therapy is a way to go back and find memories that carry strong emotions and heal them. Renee walks us through the benefits of doing this work including physical health issues that can occur due to holding in negative beliefs, feelings and emotions.
This healing technique is for everyone, but soldiers use timeline therapy to heal PTSD and parents can use this therapy to connect with their children more and improve the relationships they have with their children.
