John Marrone

This podcast is built so that YOU can design the life you want to live and progress daily in ALL equities. Being a Growth Expert and a public speaker I have changed the lives of thousands and thousands of people so they can create the Ultimate version of themselves. The one issue I have found is that many people love information and disregard the importance of implementation. That is exactly why each week myself and a super successful guest will share our stories and actionable insights of processes we put into our lives to overcome adversity, limted beliefs, negativity and all obstacles that come your way. Not to mention how to build powerful relationships, profitable businesses, a healthy lifestyle and a positive mindset. Success is in the power of progression vs a landing spot and you will get all the tools you need to take massive, aggressive annoying action daily for that progression.

Stop Guessing, Start Closing: The 75 Shift Challenge for Real Estate Success
Episode Description: The 75 Shift Challenge for Real Estate Success

In this episode of The Real and Raw Show, host John Marrone breaks down the 75 Shift Challenge. This is a sustainable alternative to intense fitness challenges, designed specifically to help real estate professionals uplevel their business through small, simple steps. While many agents struggle because the "little things" aren't being done, this challenge focuses on creating a new DNA for your business and lifestyle.

    What You'll Learn:
    • The "S" in Shift (Skills): Why practicing your craft for 15 minutes a day, five days a week, is the key to increasing your income; if you want to increase your pay, you must increase your roleplay.

    • The "H" (Health): Simple daily requirements including drinking at least half a gallon of water, a 20-minute workout, and waking up at a set time.

    • The "I" (Intentionality): The power of making 35 dials a day and asking for at least one appointment daily to build a predictable pipeline.

    • The "F" (Feedback): Using three simple reflection questions—Where did I win? Where did I miss? What do I need to fix?—to gain the self-awareness necessary for growth.

    • The "T" (Tracking): Why you aren't truly running a business unless you know your numbers, and how tracking dials, contacts, and appointments allows you to reverse-engineer your goals.

John emphasizes that unlike short-term challenges that lead to a "rebound," the 75 Shift is sustainable, creating lasting habits to help you reach the results you are aiming for.

Becoming an Olympian in Your Industry
Today we explore the extraordinary journey of becoming an Olympic athlete and the fine line that separates good from great. Discover the intense dedication, mental toughness, and strategic planning required to reach the pinnacle of sports. But the insights don't stop there—these principles are equally applicable to the world of real estate. Tune in to learn how the discipline, perseverance, and commitment of Olympic athletes can inspire realtors to elevate their careers. Whether you're aiming to close more deals or build stronger client relationships, this episode offers invaluable lessons to help you achieve greatness. Don't miss out on these powerful strategies that can take your real estate game to the next level. What It Takes to Become an Olympic Athlete
    1. Dedication and Discipline: Olympic athletes commit to rigorous training schedules, often practicing multiple times a day, seven days a week. This level of dedication requires significant personal sacrifices, including time away from family and friends and foregoing other interests
    2. Mental Toughness: The psychological aspect of training is just as important as the physical. Athletes must develop resilience to overcome setbacks and maintain focus under pressure. Mental training, including visualization and meditation, is a crucial part of their regimen
    3. Support System: Success in the Olympics isn't achieved alone. Athletes rely on coaches, nutritionists, physiotherapists, and a supportive network of family and friends. This team helps manage all aspects of their training and recovery
    4. Adaptability and Continuous Improvement: Athletes constantly analyze their performance and make adjustments to improve. They are adaptable, learning from each competition and evolving their techniques and strategies to stay ahead of the competition
Applying These Methods to Real Estate
    1. Dedication and Discipline: Realtors need to adopt a similar level of dedication to their craft. This means setting aside time for continuous education, staying updated with market trends, and dedicating time each day to prospecting and client follow-ups.
    2. Mental Toughness: The real estate market is competitive and can be unpredictable. Realtors must develop resilience to deal with deals falling through, difficult clients, and market fluctuations. Techniques like stress management, meditation, and maintaining a positive outlook can help.
    3. Support System: Building a strong network is crucial. Realtors should surround themselves with mentors, join real estate groups, and foster relationships with other professionals like mortgage brokers, inspectors, and lawyers who can provide valuable support and referrals
    4. Adaptability and Continuous Improvement: Just like athletes, realtors need to continuously analyze their performance and seek ways to improve. This could involve taking new courses, seeking feedback from clients, and staying adaptable to new technologies and marketing strategies
By adopting the methods and mindset of Olympic athletes, realtors can elevate their careers from good to great, achieving success in the competitive world of real estate. We Are a Product of Our Imagination

I remember writing goals down and then erasing them or crossing them out just because I didn't have the belief I could hit them, therefore, creating smaller goals. And crazy enough I would hit those small goals and never really be satisfied because the real goal wasn't that it was much bigger, yet I was too afraid to dream bigger. Have you ever felt like this or do you currently feel like this? This must stop now, you must dream bigger and when you think it's big enough dream even bigger than that. Sometimes when writing goals I ask myself "If I told these my goals in a room full of billionaires would they think I'm dreaming big enough and the answer was always NO. You can have whatever you want in this life but you have to dream bigger put focus and energy into those dreams. Honestly, not just dreams but your imagination is so strong, imagine who you want to build relationships with, the experiences you want to have, the money want to make the kids you want to have, the lives you want to change. Then go all in and put massive energy attention and focus on those goals. ACTION step: First, figure out what you want in life and what success looks like. Then ask yourself "Is it actually big enough and is that truly what I want or am I playing it safe because I'm scared?"Then from there, it's quite simple, take massive action with extreme discipline holding yourself to a higher standard, adding massive self-awareness. Making sure you do the shit you don't want to do when you know you need to do it.
