The World is experiencing a spiritual Awakening. We must be aware of what is happening in our physical world and in the unseen dimension. We have an opportunity to change the conversation and leave our next generation with their own set of problems but a new powerful set of principles.

With all that is quickly mounting on most of the people in this world...it is time to put away the quarrel of yesterday. Remember it, forgive it, reprogram your mind to move forward on a level playing for all even if it isn't...it will be better to use the destructive energy to be a positive or constructive person.

I had to begin to choose my mental, spiritual, emotional and physical needs 1st, before I could see the beauty in the experiences of life. Taking time out for me gave me the ability overstand and to give back abundantly to the people I meet. God showed up when i began to put me 1st.

Change is constant but, I embrace healthy attachments and connections...be they life long or temporary. There is beauty and purpose for both.
