    The Wound Beneath Many Wounds

This is a week of significant arrivals. Venus in Leo moves through a rapid sequence of major contacts. Chiron crosses into Taurus, beginning nearly eight years of healing work in the realm of body, earth, and resource. And the week closes with the Sun entering Cancer at the Summer Solstice.

    Key Cycles This Week:

Monday. June 15: Venus in Leo sextiles Uranus in Gemini.

A liberating opening. Venus in Leo leans toward authentic self-expression. Uranus electrifies that impulse, breaking open stale patterns and quickening the creative field. Notice the difference between radiance that comes from genuine self-expression and the performance of radiance designed to manage how others see you. Uranus helps clarify which is which.

Tuesday, June 16: Venus in Leo trines Neptune in Aries.

Vision follows liberation. The heart and the imaginal field move in alignment. Creativity, inspiration, the sense that something more luminous is possible. In a collective field saturated with ugliness and cruelty, the capacity to remain open to beauty is not escapism. It is resistance. Let the imagination open today while holding what arises with gentle discernment.

Wednesday, June 17: Venus in Leo opposes Pluto in Aquarius.

The week deepens. Venus opposite Pluto surfaces power dynamics in relationship, places where love has become entangled with control or desire shadowed by fear of loss. Collectively this opposition names what has long been visible: the way systems of power have sought to control the feminine, the relational, the creative. Where in your own life has love or creative expression become entangled with power in ways worth examining? What is being asked to transform?

Friday, June 19: Chiron enters Taurus, remaining until September 13 before briefly retrograding back into Aries, then returning to Taurus until May 2034. This is the threshold of the week. Perhaps of the year.

Chiron in Aries since 2018 has been working the wounds of identity, the right to exist and assert a self in the face of systems that deny that right to so many. It has also been working the wound of radical disconnection from the web of life. The mythology of the rugged individual who needs no one and owes nothing. The belief that life is fundamentally competitive rather than reciprocal. The armoring against interdependence that produces its own profound poverty and loneliness.

That wound does not end as Chiron moves into Taurus. It deepens into new territory.

Chiron in Taurus turns the healing work toward the body, the earth, and the deep unmetabolized wounds in our relationship to the living world. The wound of an economy built on extraction, of profound inequality where abundance exists alongside deprivation by design, of a civilization that severed its understanding that the earth is not a resource to be used but a living web of which we are part.

Nearly eight years. A generational healing arc is beginning. Honor the threshold.

Sunday, June 21: Sun enters Cancer. Summer Solstice and Sun sextiles Chiron in early Taurus.

The longest day in the northern hemisphere. A sacred pause in earth-based traditions, a moment to feel the fullness of what has been growing and to honor the turn. The Sun sextiling Chiron freshly arrived in Taurus is a gentle blessing on this new healing arc, the light of the Solstice illuminating what Chiron has come to work with. Spend time in the natural world if you can. Let the body be held by something older and larger than the current crisis.

    Larger Frame

Chiron in Taurus initiates an era of healing in the domains that matter most for the continuation of life on this planet. The body. The earth. The radical inequality of who has access to sustenance. The severed relationship between human civilization and the living web it depends on.

This is the wound beneath many wounds. The one that colonial dominator culture has both created and depended on to sustain itself. Chiron in Taurus will not let it remain invisible.

The Summer Solstice opening this era is fitting. The longest light, blessing the beginning of a long healing.

    Reflection Questions

    1. Where in my relationship to body, earth, money, or resource do I sense a wound that has not yet been fully named or witnessed?
    2. As Chiron begins its long transit through Taurus, what does genuine healing look like in the domains of physical life, sustenance, and belonging to the earth?
    3. On this Solstice threshold, what have I been growing in this half of the year that deserves to be honored in the fullness of this light?

Stand at the Solstice threshold before moving on. Feel the earth beneath you. Let the body remember that it belongs to something ancient and reciprocal.

We are not only living through breakdown. We are living through the beginning of a healing larger than any of us can fully see from inside it.

    Completion, Crossing, and New Beginning

Something is completing and something is beginning this week. Venus, who has been moving through Cancer since mid-May, turning the relational field toward nurturing and genuine care, is preparing to leave. Before she goes, she has significant work to do.

    Key Cycles This Week:

Tuesday, June 9: Venus conjuncts Jupiter in Cancer. Mercury in Cancer squares Saturn in Aries.

Two movements pulling in different directions. Venus meeting Jupiter in Cancer amplifies what nourishes — warmth, generosity, the sense of genuine belonging. This is one of the more beautiful transits of recent weeks. Let it land. Let what is good be felt fully rather than held at arm's length by the urgency of everything else.

At the same time, Mercury squares Saturn. The feeling mind meets hard reality. Difficult conversations may be necessary. The gap between what is longed for and what is currently possible becomes harder to ignore. Hold both. Expansion and honest reckoning are not contradictions in a genuine threshold time.

Friday, June 12: Venus in Cancer squares Chiron in Aries.

Before Venus leaves Cancer, she meets the Wounded Healer. This square touches old relational wounds — places where the longing for genuine belonging has met disappointment or the pain of being too much or not enough within systems never designed to hold the fullness of who you are. For many, this wound is not only personal. It is ancestral and collective.

Venus square Chiron does not offer easy resolution. But the Shamanic tradition has always known that when a wound is brought into honest awareness and witnessed rather than managed, something in it begins to metabolize. What surfaces this week around old relational pain may be less a sign that something is wrong and more an invitation to witness what has long needed witnessing.

Saturday, June 13: Venus enters Leo, remaining until July 9.

The register shifts. Where Cancer sought quiet belonging and nourishment, Leo seeks expression, visibility, and the joy of being fully seen in one's vitality. This is not vanity. It is the soul's genuine need to be witnessed in its radiance, not only its tenderness. In a collective moment asking so much gravity and endurance, Venus in Leo is not a distraction. It is replenishment.

Sunday, June 14: New Moon at 24 degrees of Gemini.

The lunation cycle renews in the sign of the Communicator. In a field still charged by Uranus in Gemini, what wants to begin here is not a return to familiar patterns of thought but genuinely new perception. In a time when the information field is saturated and often deliberately disorienting, this lunation asks: what new way of knowing is trying to emerge in you, from your own direct experience rather than what you have been told?

    Plant that.

    Larger Frame

This week holds the full arc of Venus in Cancer — her expansion, her reckoning with old wounds, and her departure into Leo. What have you learned since mid-May about what genuinely nourishes you? Where has old relational pain asked to be witnessed? Venus carries what she has learned in Cancer into Leo. The nourishment becomes fuel for expression. The tenderness becomes the ground of genuine visibility.

And the New Moon in Gemini opens a new chapter in how we think and communicate, with ourselves, with each other, with the larger world trying to find its new form.

    Reflection Questions

    1. Where am I being invited to let genuine goodness or expansion actually land rather than holding it at arm's length?
    2. What old relational wound is asking to be witnessed rather than managed right now?
    3. As Venus moves into Leo and the New Moon plants new seeds, what wants to be expressed that has not yet had enough room?

Let what is good be felt. Let what is wounded be witnessed. Let what is new have the quiet attention of this lunation.

The web of life is always reorganizing toward something, even when we cannot yet see its full shape.

    What the Feeling Body Knows

A brief note before we begin.

The next several episodes have been created in advance, during a period when I am away on pilgrimage. I am not tracking the daily news cycle or what is unfolding in real time. If significant things have shifted in the collective field since these episodes were recorded, I trust you to hold what I offer here alongside what you are actually living. The archetypal patterns are reliable. The specific events that express them are yours to track.

    ___

There is a quality of turning inward this week.

Mercury, the Communicator and Storyteller, enters Cancer on Monday and will remain there, through retrograde, until August 9. Nearly ten weeks of the mind moving through the waters of feeling, memory, ancestral knowing, and the interior life. This is not a week for speed or surface. It is a week for depth and for what the feeling body knows that the analytical mind cannot easily reach.

    Key Cycles This Week:

Monday, June 1: Mercury enters Cancer, remaining there through retrograde motion until August 9.

Mercury in Cancer thinks through feeling and communicates through attunement. For those trained by dominant culture to distrust feeling as a source of knowing, this extended transit is an invitation into a different way of understanding. What do you know through your body? Through what arises when you are still enough to listen? Simply notice the shift as it begins.

Tuesday, June 2: Sun in Gemini sextiles Saturn in Aries.

A grounding thread. The Conscious Self connects easily with the Structurer, offering clarity and form. A good day for honest communication and bringing practical shape to what the interior work of the week is revealing. Just enough groundedness to keep the inward turn from becoming untethered.

Wednesday, June 3: Mercury in Cancer squares Neptune in Aries.

Just days into Cancer, Mercury meets the Dissolver. Blur, emotional porousness, the thinning of boundaries between what is yours and what belongs to the collective field. This is not a transit for important decisions. It is a transit for poetry, for dream, for the kind of knowing that arrives sideways through image and metaphor. There is information in the blur. It simply speaks a different language than analysis.

    Larger Frame

Mercury in Cancer for nearly ten weeks, including a retrograde cycle, is asking something that dominant culture rarely supports. It is asking us to slow down enough to feel. To treat emotional intelligence not as a liability but as a genuine form of knowing.

The collective shadow surfacing in these times lives not only in institutions and policies. It lives in bodies. In inherited emotional patterns. In what has been passed down through generations without being named. Mercury in Cancer, over these coming weeks, may bring some of that into language. Not all at once. Not cleanly. But with the particular tenderness that feeling-based knowing carries when given enough space.

    Reflection Questions

    1. What does my feeling body know right now that my analytical mind has been moving too fast to hear?
    2. As Mercury settles into Cancer for an extended stay, what emotional truths, family patterns, or questions of belonging are quietly asking for my attention?
    3. When the blur arrives and clarity dissolves, can I stay with it long enough to let it speak in its own language?

This is a quieter week in register, though not in times. The invitation is inward. Into feeling. Into what the body knows. Into the long memory that Cancer carries.

Let yourself be moved. Let what is tender have room.

The web of life speaks through the heart as much as through the mind.

    #366-"If We Surrendered to Earth's Intelligence"--Week of May 25, 2026

Where Is Your Source of Genuine Meaning?

    This week the pressure deepens.

It opens on Memorial Day in the United States, a moment when a nation is asked to honor its dead, even as it struggles to honestly name what so many of them died for, and what continues to be sacrificed in the service of systems that were never designed for everyone.

An Elder perspective (which we can all carry) does not bypass that tension. It holds it.

    Key Cycles This Week:

Monday, May 25: Mars in Taurus squares Pluto in Aquarius.

Memorial Day. A confrontation between force and transformation. Where your will or resources meet something that does not yield easily, this is not a transit to push through with more force. Stay grounded. Feel where your actual resources are. Resist the pull toward reaction in a week that will offer plenty of provocation.

Collectively, this transit on Memorial Day carries particular weight. The structures of power being challenged right now were built on specific choices, specific violence, specific mythologies of superiority. That is not abstract history. It is present architecture.

Tuesday, May 26: Sun in Gemini trines Pluto in Aquarius.

A day later, tension eases into something more workable. What felt like confrontation yesterday may begin to reveal its deeper pattern. A good moment for clarity, for seeing beneath the surface with less distortion and more genuine perception.

Thursday, May 28: Venus in Cancer squares Saturn in Aries.

The Relational One in the nurturing sign of Cancer meets the Structurer, and it is not an easy meeting. This transit carries a deeper archetypal current worth naming. Venus represents the feminine principle, relational and attuned to what nourishes connection. Saturn in its wounded expression becomes external authority that restricts and defines what the feminine is permitted to be or decide.

This is the oldest survival pattern many have inherited, the feminine adapting and deferring under systems never designed to hold her sovereign. We are watching that pattern in its most literal form right now, in the ongoing legislative assault on women's autonomy and rights. This transit asks where in your own life you have been running on adaptation rather than authentic choice. That clarity, even if tender, is more useful than the blur.

Sunday, May 31: Full Moon at 10 degrees of Sagittarius and Mercury in Gemini sextiles Chiron in Aries.

The Full Moon illuminates the Gemini-Sagittarius axis, the axis of information and meaning. Gemini gathers data. Sagittarius asks what it means and what larger truth it serves. In a time when information is being generated and weaponized at unprecedented scale, this lunation asks where your source of genuine meaning actually is. Not what you have been told to believe, but what in your own deeper knowing actually orients you.

Mercury sextiling Chiron weaves in the wounded healer thread. Something that has needed to be said may find its moment here.

    Larger Frame

This week moves from confrontation to clarity to limitation to illumination. What is being asked is a particular kind of maturity. To stay present to what is difficult without collapsing into it. To be honest about relational limitation without abandoning the longing for genuine care. To locate ourselves not in the information stream, which is vast and often deliberately disorienting, but in genuine meaning.

That is always the Elder's work. To hold the longer view when immediate pressure makes the longer view feel impossible.

    Reflection Questions

    1. Where am I being asked to meet something immovable this week, and what does genuine power look like in that encounter, as distinct from force or reaction?
    2. In my relational field, where am I being called to greater honesty about what is genuinely nourishing versus what has been running on adaptation rather than authentic choice?
    3. Beneath the volume and speed of the current information field, what actually orients me? What is my source of genuine meaning?

This is a week that asks for groundedness more than brilliance. You do not have to have answers. You are asked only to stay present to what is real, resist the pull toward reaction, and keep returning to what genuinely orients you.

The web of life holds more than the current noise suggests.

A Recalibration of the Personal Field

This is a week of genuine shift.

Three personal planets change signs within two days. Mars enters Taurus. Venus enters Cancer. The Sun moves into Gemini. How we act, how we relate, and how we perceive are all recalibrating simultaneously.

This is happening within a larger collective reckoning that has not quieted. The basement contents of colonial, dominator, and white supremacist culture continue surfacing in ways that are difficult to look at and equally difficult to look away from. This week's astrology does not take us out of that reckoning. But it offers different ground to stand on within it.

    Key Cycles This Week:

Monday, May 18: Mars enters Taurus. Venus enters Cancer. Mercury in Gemini sextiles Saturn in Aries.

Mars slows from the heat of Aries into something more deliberate and embodied. In a time of collective overwhelm, your body is being invited to act from genuine resource rather than reaction. Venus entering Cancer turns the relational field toward what genuinely nourishes, toward tending, toward care that cannot be scaled or automated. Mercury sextiling Saturn asks that insight become form and that what is being thought actually land somewhere real.

Tuesday, May 19: Mercury in Gemini trines Pluto in Aquarius.

Depth without obstruction. Things living below the surface of awareness may find language now. Conversations that have felt too large or too heavy may suddenly become possible. You might notice an unusual capacity to say what is true without losing your ground in the saying of it.

Wednesday, May 20: Sun enters Gemini.

Gemini season begins. Curiosity, connection, the recognition that reality is plural and perspective always partial. This year the Sun enters a field already charged by Uranus. Watch for what becomes suddenly visible, in the world and in yourself.

Thursday, May 21: Venus in Cancer squares Neptune in Aries.

A tender and potentially disorienting transit. The longing for genuine belonging meets dissolution and blur. Slow down before acting on what may still be forming. This transit also touches collective grief, the gap between a world organized around genuine care and what current systems actually deliver. That grief is not weakness. It is moral clarity.

Friday, May 22: Sun conjunct Uranus in Gemini. Mercury sextiles Saturn in Aries.

The electric center of the week. The Conscious Self meets the Awakener directly. Sudden insight. A realization that reorganizes how you understand something important. A break in an old pattern of thought. Sun conjunct Uranus is not always comfortable, but it carries genuine liberation. Mercury sextiling Saturn again offers grounding, a reminder to let what is illuminated find structure.

Sunday, May 24: Sun in Gemini sextiles Neptune in Aries.

A gentler close. Imagination in service of clarity. A sense of larger possibility. Let what has moved through you this week begin to settle into meaning.

    Larger Frame

Mars in Taurus asks us to slow the body and act from genuine resource. Venus in Cancer asks us to tend what is real and nourish what cannot be commodified. Sun in Gemini with Uranus asks us to see more clearly and let the old frame break if it must.

The patterns of colonial and dominator culture becoming visible in public life do not dissolve on their own. They require exactly these capacities. The steadiness to act without urgency. The willingness to tend what is genuinely vulnerable. The courage to see clearly even when clarity disrupts comfort.

This is the inner work that makes outer change possible.

    Reflection Questions

    1. As the body slows and the relational field turns toward genuine nourishment, what am I being called to tend that I may have been moving too fast to notice?
    2. Where this week did something become suddenly clearer, a pattern named, a frame broken, a truth that could finally be spoken? What do I want to do with that clarity?
    3. How am I staying connected to both the grief of what is surfacing collectively and the ground of what I genuinely value?

This is a week of recalibration. Stay close to what genuinely nourishes you. Stay willing to see what is being illuminated. Stay connected to the web of life, which holds more than any single narrative can contain.

The reckoning continues. And so does the life that is reorganizing within it.

#364-"You Will Come at a Turning of the Trail"--Week of May 11, 2026

    Rooting What Is Genuinely New

This is a week of gathering and crossing.

After the weight of recent weeks, there is a breath here. A moment of coherence before the next movement begins. And what is gathering is significant. At the end of this week, three of the five personal planets will change signs within two days. The relational field, the communicating mind, and the instinctual body are all crossing thresholds nearly simultaneously.

It is worth paying attention to what you are carrying into this crossing, and what you might be ready to leave on this side of it.

    Key Cycles This Week:

Tues, May 12: Mercury in Taurus sextiles Jupiter in Cancer.

The mind finds some ease. Something clicks into place. A piece of understanding arrives that feels both true and spacious. Let it ground you before the acceleration that follows.

Thurs May 14: Sun conjunct Mercury in Taurus.

What has been circling internally may find language now. This conjunction also marks the midpoint of a four-month Mercury cycle, the moment when something you have been developing moves from testing into building. If a project or evolving body of work is ready to take more visible shape, this is that threshold.

Sat, May 16: New Moon at 26 degrees of Taurus conjunct Uranus in early Gemini and Mars conjunct Chiron in Aries.

The New Moon invites planting, but not simply what is comfortable or familiar. With Uranus nearby, what wants to take root is genuinely new. Something that may ask you to leave a known identity behind and root yourself in authentic emergence rather than safe repetition. What do you actually value that is genuinely new? Not what survival required you to prioritize, not what has served you in a chapter that may now be completing.

At the same time, Mars meets Chiron, the Wounded Healer and Shamanic One. In the ancient understanding, the wounded healer does not heal despite their wound. They heal through it. The medicine they carry to the people is precisely what was forged in their own descent. Where you have been most broken open may be exactly where your most authentic medicine lives.

Sun, May 17: Mercury enters Gemini and conjuncts Uranus. plus Venus in Gemini sextiles Chiron in Aries

The mind quickens and the acceleration arrives. Stay anchored in the body and direct experience even as the mental field speeds up. Venus sextiling Chiron offers a relational thread, healing available in honest conversation and the simple act of being witnessed in something tender.

    Reflection Questions

    1. What is genuinely wanting to take root in me right now, not what should, but what my body and deeper knowing recognize as authentically new?
    2. Where in my own story has a wound or difficult passage begun to reveal itself as a form of medicine or gift?
    3. As the mental field begins to accelerate, what helps me stay anchored in my own direct experience?

This is a real crossing. Let what is true become speakable. Let what wants to grow, even if it surprises you, have the quiet attention it deserves.

    What Lives in the Basement

This is a week of pressure, depth, and reckoning.

If you're feeling friction — between what wants to move in you and what the world seems to be asking, between your own pace and a larger momentum — you're reading the moment accurately.

What is happening in the world is not separate from what is happening in us. The intensity in collective systems, the unraveling of familiar agreements about how things work — this is the outer expression of a reckoning that is also deeply interior.

We are not observers of this moment. We are inside it.

    Key Cycles This Week:

Monday, May 4: Mars in Aries squares Jupiter in Cancer. Heat and urgency meet complexity. A pull to act runs into questions not yet ready to be answered. Stay curious about what's driving the urgency — there may be something worth slowing toward beneath it.

Tuesday, May 5: Mercury in Taurus squares Pluto in Aquarius. The surface explanation is no longer sufficient. Something beneath it is asking to be named. What is actually true here, beneath what is being projected or defended?

Wednesday, May 6: Pluto stations retrograde at 5 degrees of Aquarius (remaining retrograde until mid-October 2026). This is the center of the week. When Pluto turns inward, the Transformer asks each of us to look at what we have kept in the basement. Old grief. Old agreements we didn't consciously choose. Old survival strategies still running in the background. Old stories about power.

Collectively, we are watching what happens when the contents of the cultural basement begin to surface. The shadow of Western systems — the violence, the extractive logic, the domination long hidden or rationalized — is now more visible than it has been in generations.

Pluto does not create what it reveals. It illuminates what was already present, waiting to be reckoned with.

Sunday, May 10: Sun in Taurus sextiles Jupiter in Cancer. A softer note arrives. Groundedness meeting warmth. Let that in. It matters as much as the reckoning.

    Larger Frame

We are being asked to develop a capacity that dominator culture has systematically discouraged: the ability to remain present to what is difficult without checking out, numbing, or bypassing into false hope.

The cultural shadow is surfacing. The personal shadow is surfacing. And the two are not separate.

The invitation is not to fix everything. It is to stay awake, stay connected, and let the reckoning be real without letting it be the only thing that is real.

    Reflection Questions

    1. Where am I feeling friction between what wants to move in me and what the larger moment seems to be asking?
    2. What might be living in my own basement right now — something I've been working around or haven't yet had room to name?
    3. As the collective shadow surfaces, what helps me stay present without collapsing into despair or turning away?

Stay close to what is real. Stay connected to others in the ways that cannot be automated. And remember, even in times of deep reckoning, life continues to reorganize within the larger web of life.

#362-"Then Time Alone Will Bring Us to Another Place"--Week of April 27, 2026

This is a potent threshold week. You may feel both the quickening of change and the weight of what is being asked to release. There’s nothing wrong with you if it feels intense. This is part of a real initiation in the larger spiral of change.

We are moving through a moment where personal experience and collective reality are tightly interwoven. The instability we are witnessing in the world, including ongoing war and forms of leadership shaped by deep wounding, is not separate from our inner process. It is part of the same field. The invitation is to stay present without collapsing or turning away.

Tuesday, April 28 — Venus in Gemini trines Pluto in Aquarius
The Relational One meets the Transformer. This opens a doorway for deeper, more honest connection. Conversations may carry unexpected truth. Venus in Gemini invites curiosity and new ways of relating, while Pluto in Aquarius works at a collective level, reshaping how we connect within rapidly changing systems. This is an early glimpse of a larger shift that will unfold as Uranus moves into Gemini. Notice where your way of connecting is evolving. Stay curious.

Friday, May 1 — Full Moon at 11° Scorpio (trine Jupiter in Cancer)
This is deep water. Scorpio Full Moons bring emotional truth, revealing what we hold tightly beneath the surface. With Jupiter in Cancer, there is support for integration and care.

This Full Moon aligns with Beltane, a seasonal threshold honoring life force, creativity, and the fire of becoming. There is a powerful paradox here. Beltane brings vitality and emergence, while Scorpio asks for depth and release. True aliveness includes both.

Something may soften, open, or be revealed. Old patterns rooted in control or protection may feel less stable. At the collective level, this intensity mirrors the power struggles and fear-based actions we are witnessing. The invitation is to stay present with what is real without losing your center.

Also Friday — Venus in Gemini sextile Saturn in Aries
This brings grounding and maturity into relationships. Small, clear choices matter. Honest communication and clean boundaries support stability within change.

Friday — Mercury in Aries conjunct Chiron in Aries
A tender but important moment. Words may touch old wounds around voice and self-expression. There is also healing here. New language can emerge that is more truthful and less reactive. Stay gentle. This is about being real, not perfect.

Saturday, May 2 — Mercury enters Taurus
A shift into steadiness. The mind slows down and begins to integrate. After the intensity, this supports grounding and embodiment. Let things land.

    Reflection Questions:

    • Where am I being invited to tell a deeper truth in how I relate?
    • What emotional truth is surfacing that I might usually avoid?
    • How can I stay present to both my inner experience and the wider world without losing my center?

    #361-We Were Trying to Live a Personal Life--Week of April 20, 2026

    This is a threshold week.

If things feel accelerated, disorienting, or even unreal at moments, there is nothing wrong with you. This is what it can feel like when a collective initiation is underway and the ground of meaning itself begins to shift.

At the center of it is a major transition. Uranus completes its long journey through Taurus and enters Gemini, where it will remain until 2033.

We are already feeling this shift through the rapid rise of AI and the speed at which language, images, and information are now created and shared. This is one expression of Uranus in Gemini.

Gemini governs the mind, perception, and communication. Uranus disrupts and accelerates. Together, they signal a revolution in how reality is constructed and understood.

And it is happening quickly. Faster than most nervous systems and cultural structures can easily integrate.

So if part of you feels awe, and part of you feels fear or grief, that makes sense. This is not just innovation. This is the unraveling of familiar ways of knowing.

    Key Cycles This Week:

Monday: Mercury conjunct Saturn and Mars in Aries.
Clarity meets pressure. Thought, action, and consequence come together. Discernment is essential.

Thursday: Venus conjunct Uranus at the end of Taurus, then Venus enters Gemini.
Venus foreshadows Uranus' threshold crossing, completing an eight-year cycle around values and security, and a subtle reorientation toward what is emerging.

Saturday: Sun in Taurus square Pluto in Aquarius. Uranus enters Gemini.
A larger turning point. Systems of power and meaning continue to transform as the mental and informational field accelerates.

Sunday: Venus in Gemini sextile Neptune. Mercury square Jupiter.
Inspiration and imagination are available, along with the risk of over-amplification or distortion.

This moment can feel apocalyptic for many. Not necessarily the end of the world, but the end of a world. The loss of shared certainty, stable narratives, and familiar ways of orienting.

There is real fear and grief here.

We are in the death throes of modernity. Systems built on separation and control are destabilizing, and they do not dissolve cleanly. And this is also an initiation.

We are being asked to develop new capacities. To stay present within complexity. To discern what is real in a rapidly shifting landscape.

AI can generate language, but it cannot replace embodied knowing, relational presence, or the deeper intelligence that arises from being connected to the web of life.

    Reflection Questions

    1. Where am I feeling both curiosity and unease about the rapid changes in technology and communication?
    2. What helps me stay grounded in my own knowing as information accelerates?
    3. As familiar structures feel like they are unraveling, what deeper ground am I being asked to root into?
    4. Where do I feel a shift in what I value, relate to, or am willing to engage with, even if I can’t yet fully name it?

If you feel something is ending, you are not imagining it. And if you feel something new is quietly emerging, that is also here.

Stay close to what is real in your direct experience and in human ways that cannot be automated.

From Dissolution into Action: The Fire Begins to Move

This week brings several supportive sextiles between personal planets and larger transformational forces, creating a sense of constructive momentum after months of emotional and psychic saturation.

But this movement unfolds within a volatile collective field.

As old paradigms destabilize, we continue to witness the dangerous distortions of wounded leadership, unchecked power, and fear-based systems grasping for control in the death throes of dominator culture. Astrology does not ask us to bypass that reality. It asks us to orient within it.

The deeper story of this week is that both Mercury and Mars have completed unusually long journeys through Pisces due to retrograde motion and slower movement (since February).

That is a long time for the mind and will to move through the waters of grief, intuition, uncertainty, dissolution, and unconscious material.

Now both planets have entered, or will enter, Aries.

This week invites clarified courage, disciplined action, and the maturation of leadership.

    Key Astrology Cycles This Week

Monday, April 13 – Venus in Taurus sextile Jupiter in Cancer
Grounding, nourishment, relational warmth, and emotional support. Growth may come through receiving rather than striving.

Tuesday, April 14 – Mercury in Pisces sextile Uranus in Taurus
Final intuitive breakthrough before Mercury leaves Pisces.

Tuesday, April 14 – Mercury enters Aries
After 10 weeks in Pisces, the mind sharpens. Clarity emerges. Communication becomes more direct.

Thursday, April 16 – Mars in Aries sextile Pluto in Aquarius
Focused power, disciplined force, transformational action. A reminder that power itself is not the problem, unconscious power is.

Friday, April 17 – New Moon at 28° Aries conjunct Chiron in Aries
A potent new cycle of healing around identity, courage, agency, and authentic selfhood. This New Moon invites healing through embodied action, not perfection, and may illuminate emerging new forms of conscious leadership.

Thursday, April 16 – Mercury conjunct Neptune in Aries
The new vision is emerging but not yet fully clear. Act on what is clear enough without demanding certainty.

Sunday, April 19 – Mars conjunct Saturn in Aries
A major maturation point. Courage meets discipline. Desire meets responsibility. A call toward grounded, conscious leadership.

Sunday, April 19 – Sun enters Taurus
After the fire, Taurus asks us to root, stabilize, and build what is emerging.

    Reflection Questions

    1. What has the long dissolution of the past months been clarifying within me, even if I could not yet name it?
    2. Where is new fire asking for action, not reactivity, but clear embodied movement?
    3. How am I being asked to cultivate more mature leadership in the ways I meet this moment?
    4. Where am I being invited to stop waiting until I feel fully healed or fully certain before inhabiting my authentic self more fully?
