In one's life journey, challenges are sure to come. There is no question about it. But although this is the case there is no need to fret. Life presents those challenges to reveal to us what strengths are within us. Within each show, Al will provide encouraging words and motivational tips to get you through the day. Sometimes one believes the journey is a lonely one too. This is definitely far from the truth, that is why one will receive on the show enlightening examples of those who have trooped through life ’s challenges and provided some sense of hope.

Many today have been duped into thinking one can get what one desires at that moment when it is asked. This is really a farse because much of what is of value will take time. Flowers take time to grow as well as it takes time for a baby to mature enough to be born. Adopting a mindset to be patient is important. Having it will allow for a lot less stress and heartache.

This particular technique is used in professional boxing and proves to be helping in defending against being hit directly.
