Coach then takes a moment to share his thoughts on the Final Four games so far leading into Championship Monday, how he would go about coaching, and his thoughts on how the games should be officiated. Scott Agness of Fieldhouse Files joins with his thoughts on what he saw at Lucas Oil Stadium leading into the finale of March Madness, and shares updates on Pacers and Fever to finish out the hour.

Coach finishes out the hour with Eddie with thoughts on how Arizona can improve to give Michigan a fight to the end of this ball game.

Then, Greg Rakestraw, voice of the Indy Eleven, joins Coach to share about the Boys in Blue’s draw with the Pittsburgh Riverhounds. Rakestraw also shares how the Indy Eleven season has gone overall, and how they’re setting themselves up for the rest of the season. Coach then turns to baseball with the voice of the Indianapolis Indians Howard Kellman to recap the Indians’ 7-5 loss, but Kellman gives hope for how they would be able to turn around these losses for some of the upcoming games.

    We start the final hour of the show with the ISC Sports Network’s Rick Johnston who was at the Hoosier indoor track relays and what unfolded a the state fairgrounds in downtown Indianapolis. There were record-breaking performances in the prelims, and Rick breals it down. We get to “the best at what he does,” Greg Rakestraw, who was on the call for the 3A and 4A state title games which were both extremely well played. He touches on New Haven not showing any first-time state appearance jitters despite the loss and what the win means for Cathedral. He also talks about Mt. Vernon’s win in 4A and how they didn’t sub in the second half. Then, we hear from state champion head coach of Parke Heritage Rich Schelsky. He talks about leading for most of the game and having to respond after Westview came back. As we’ve talked about throughout the show, the 2A game had the wildest ending, and coach Schelsky walks us through his thought process as the game winded down. Plus, he reveals he had two players who need surgery due to injuries but put it off to continue to play through the season. Plus, what does it feel like to win it with his son?

He’ been reflecting all day about how he might never call a game as good as the one today and he takes us through the final moments, and the close call Westview had at the end of the game. Plus, he tells us his thoughts on Ball State hiring their new basketball head coach Chris Capko. We checked the 3A state championship game off the list with John Herrick who had the call. He says the game had more twists and turns than your favorite TV show despite the double-digit win for Cathedral. Next, we hear from Fieldhouse Files’ Scott Agness on the crazy ending to last night’s game vs the Los Angeles Clippers. He also talks about having the league's worst record and what gets the Indiana Pacers going forward. He also touches on how the younger players can look at their development during the season. He also touches on the Fever getting back in action with a new CBA deal and a looming expansion draft.

Brendan explains how Barr-Reeve's coach Heath Howington willed them to victory. We also reflect on 32 years of Indiana Sports Talk covering the IHSAA State Basketball Championships. We also get an update on the Purdue game which has the Boilermakers up seven at half.

He then runs us through the men’s tournament and what the schedule will be tomorrow for those games and the IHSAA boys' basketball state finals. We then catch a conversation Brendan King had with Rich Schelsky about how the state finals were the expectation for his group but also explains how they got there. He also calls back to his team’s McDonald’s visit last week and how they took it over. Next, we hear from Crown Point head coach Clint Swan ahead of his team’s rematch with Mount Vernon in the 4A state title game tomorrow night. Lastly, we hear from New Haven head coach Brandon Appleton on his team’s mindset heading into the 3A title game tomorrow night against Cathedral.
